Cambria Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

I am a wedding photographer and recently had a wedding where both of the brides got ready in separate suites at the Cambria Hotel. I didn't stay there, but for the purposed of the couple getting ready and taking photos of them, the Hotel was great. There was a modern and clean looking lobby, and the suites were bright, clean, and lovely! The biggest plus is that this hotel is a super affordable option right in the middle of the city - it was just a short walk/drive from their venue in the Third Ward.

Was put up here by Amtrak after they screwed up my trip and stranded me in Milwaukee for nearly two days. The hotel was one of the few good points of the trip. The room was pleasant and seemed recently redone, the floor I was on was very quiet, and the pool (like the rest of the hotel) was very clean and seemed well-maintained. The bed was soft and the water in the shower was hot. There was a large tv, microwave,
keurig coffee maker , and mini fridge in the room. The staff were extremely friendly, accomodating, and courteous in spite of my having to check in and later check out at extremely odd hours due to another Amtrak mess-up, and the desk clerk even tried her best to help me fix my problems with the train line over the phone. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm passing through.
I also ate dinner the first night at the restaurant/bar in the lobby. It was just before closing on a weeknight, so it was very quiet. The burger and fries I had were good, but my one complaint is that their food prices were a little higher than I'd have liked to pay. Again, the service was very good though.

Great location. Easy to access from the interstate. On-site parking is $25/night, but there's a parking garage next door that was $16/night. The Milwaukee Public Market is about 0.25 miles away, and Fiserv Forum is about 0.75 miles away. Even in the dead of winter, the walks were manageable.

My stay was fabulous. It was clean and comfortable. I loved the beautiful room and bathroom decor. Parking is $25 dollars which they don’t tell you about.

I live in Milwaukee so I haven’t stayed the night. The bar is usually not busy, the staff members are super cool and the food is great. I come here before a late night out when I want a quit place to watch a game, grab a bite and have a drink. Ask for Tiff or Tye. They will take good care of you. Tell them Fitz sent you. The bar closes at 10 or 11 at the latest.

My husband and I were in town visiting our son. This hotel far exceeded expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a drink at the bar and the bartenders were attentive. 5⭐s all the way!!!

Upon arrival, finding out there was street parking only I was a bit surprised- but soon realized east enough to find street parking 2nights in a row with less than a 1block walk. Location is supreme for late night food/tavern options. Rooms include a BT speaker in bathrooms huge lighted mirror (could be brighter light, make up application would need for certain). Bed very comfy and the AC was great Rooftop was infested with bee swarms but the tacos were authentic and pianist for cocktail happy hour was pleasant

Very nice hotel! I wish they didn’t make you pay $25 for parking tho if you were a guest but everything else was amazing here. Would definitely come back. Clean, modern, and all staff was nice.

Brian at the bar for breakfast was very nice as well!

Stayed for a few days and Tiffany and staff did a great job in the restaurant. Hotel is friendly place in good downtown location.

It's a very nice hotel! Nothing too fancy, but better than a Red Roof Inn on any given day! The lobby was clean with extremely friendly and helpful staff! You do have to pay for parking in their parking garage, but it's well supervised, too. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and I would love to have that shower in my bathroom at home! The mirror in the bathroom is also Bluetooth! I'd never seen anything like that before! It was kinda neat!

Stayed for 3 days and had the most amazing service. Everyone was beyond amazing and so friendly. We had our 5 year old with us for one night and the staff were very patient and attentive, even changed the channel at breakfast so he could watch cartoons. Supper prompt and caring with great food recommendations as well. We felt like we were with friends. Thank you all so much and we now have the perfect hotel suggestion for the area and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cambria. Definitely a different layout of the rooms, but very cool. It was a little difficult to figure out the lighting in the rooms and I wished there was a brighter light in the middle of the room, but other than that, the room was great and very spacious! The front staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the staff! They were so friendly and kind. We have 3 boys and they did not assume they were up to no good when they were in the lobby alone (which happens a lot). We ordered pizza and hung out in the lobby one of the nights playing board games and they gave us plates, napkins etc. the rooms and hotel were super clean and so quiet. Would 1000% stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the Cambria. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating and gave us a great room. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The room was quite spacious and even though it's right downtown, we didn't hear any noise. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying here! Free parking too!

Super clean. Easy access to parking. Great location to walk to many places, our favorite, Milwaukee Public Market wasn’t too far at all! Will stay here again.

Stylish and slick! Very contemporary and modern design! Like an artist does with a paint 🎨 brush!! They designed and decorated this downtown hotel!! 🏨 It’s a piece of work! Eloquent rooms, comfortable beds and clean, clean, clean rooms! I enjoyed my stay! They a have a restaurant, bar and lounge and a hospitable staff to cater to you!! Most of all!! Location, location, location!! In the middle of beautiful downtown Milwaukee conveniently located to all the things the city has to offer! Nice place! I recommend it!🤩

My husband and I spend the night I highly recommend this hotel very clean , very friendly and a special 5 star to chef Valentin he was amazing and has his bar and food very well organized. Food amazing try the best tacos ever!!

Mostly clean room. Very clean, new, large bathroom. Plenty of outlets. Coffee center with microwave and fridge. Courteous staff. A block from the river. Would return.

The room was so nice. I loved the lights under the bed. The bathroom was very nice with a bluetooth mirror! The tv even had an option to watch youtube or blue tooth. The movie streaming did not work in my unit on 201 for some reason but i still had a great stay. There is also a heated pool and laundry available! The service is 24/7 with a little snack area where you can get drinks.
