Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown

I don’t think I can say enough on how amazing the staff is here. Every single person is extremely welcoming and accommodating. They are always upbeat and happy and kind. Jordan our valet always had a smile on his face and greeted us every time he saw us. He was quick and efficient and we love him! This is our second time here and we cannot wait to be back again. Thank you to all!!

First, most people take the time to complain and not to compliment. The following staff members went above and beyond in making our stay a pleasant stay. Jordan R., the Parking attendant, was seriously super attentive and professional. Desiree cleaned the room without being asked and was super observant leaving the room impeccable. Lastly, Nora HK, MANAGER, was very professional. We are very pleased with the service. We will stay.jere again. Thanks!!

Stayed here while family attended game at Fiserve Forum. The first impression was when the bellman approached us at the car at entrance. We needed to move a little and he was so pleasant and professional that I liked the hotel immediately. He also helps us with our bags and was just a pleasant positive guy. This was so appreciated after a long drive after a long day of work! His name was Jordan R. The hotel was great! Clean, with breakfast and good coffee in lobby. I was able to watch the game downstairs in a large venue with multipleLOCAL dining options that included several diverse options and ethnicities. Husband and son said the walk to Fiserv wasn’t bad either. What a great place to stay in Milwaukee! So glad we also got to do the Jingle Bell bus which was fascinating to learn about the history of Milwaukee. This happened to start right at this hotel! Excellent experience!

I stayed here as a little getaway and I can say was this is amazing and much needed for me to relax. The staff and my Valet Keelon were amazing and very helpful and gave me insight of the many things to do here. I will come again! 1000/10

Stayed at the hotel as a mini staycation and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly. Special thank you to Jordan R for going the extra mile for us to make sure we had a great stay.

Special shout out to the valet staff who took amazing care of us during our stay in November and December of 2023. The Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee offers exceptional service and comfort. During my stay, Jared, the valet driver, provided outstanding assistance. His professionalism, friendliness, and promptness made the hotel experience even more delightful. His attention to detail and helpful demeanor truly enhanced my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee.

This was a great hotel. The people gave us great ideas of where to go and what to do. Our valet, Jared, was kind, patient and courteous with us when we were taking a while and he was busy.

We stayed at this hotel and held an event there as well, and the staff was phenomenal. This location is close to the shopping center and eatery places, like the same block. 1 stop shop location and 15-20 minutes from MKE Airport.

First time in a Courtyard! Clean room. Comfortable and cushy bed. Fresh bathroom. And important to me, staff accommodated my request for a quiet room. We had a few snags with our room at check in, but front of the house resolved all issues in under :30 minutes, and it was smooth from then until check out. They were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out. Room type: King with sofa bed. Rooms are a bit on the small size for three adults.

Convenient location for access to the Wisconsin Center, for a volleyball tournament! Since we had a large group staying there, the hotel provided a free breakfast, I’m not sure if this was because we booked through Visit MKE or if it was a service that the hotel provided, but if you have a large group, inquire with the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, first time using the Marriott app, loved that it had room key access in the app.
Our room was great. There were so many outlets (with usb ports and standard). There is a mini coffee maker tucked away in the lower cabinet that worked great. (Only suggestion is provide more condiments for coffee). There is a Starbucks downstairs though. Also a Market for snacks, drinks and beer. Our daughter slept on the couch the way it was, didn’t pull it out, but it does. There’s so many mirrors too, easy for us to be doing make up at the same time, no fighting over mirrors. Plenty of towels and larger toiletries in the shower.
Love that this hotel was connected to 3rd Street market Hall, so many options for restaurants.

Great hotel, I stay here often. However, I am very disappointed that they closed the restaurant area down in the evenings. I understand the food shops attached are available but it’s a different kinds of food, none of which I am interested in. It’s fast foods and the hotel kitchen area offered a little better menu in terms of healthy eating. I now have to walk to Capital Grill to get a nice dinner.

Everything about our stay at The Courtyard downtown Milwaukee was exactly how we like it. Breezy, polite check in, knowledgeable friendly staff. Lots of parking garage space. Safe and secure. Our room was quiet, spacious, and clean, with all the expected amenities. The fitness center was clean with lots of room and equipment. In to the Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast. This made for my favorite trip to Milwaukee yet! We will always stay with the Courtyard. Thank you!

Full disclosure, I am a Marriott person, I don't work for Marriott but I have always stayed at Marriott's during my work travel career. This was a pleasure trip and I've stayed at a lot of courtyards but this one was exemplary! Impeccably clean, hot breakfast made to order as opposed to the old buffet fake egg thing. Pool was impeccably clean. Rooms were wonderful large and modern. We needed help with a stopped up toilet and they were there instantly and fixed it. Probably one of the best courtyard Marriott experiences I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

Good option for a business trip. Breakfast does not have a lot of options but they are well picked and the food is tasty and well presented.

The staff was always friendly and helpful! The rooms are updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and it didn’t get too hot or cool. Great location for walking around the city and easy parking access. I’ll stay here again!

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! My room was very clean upon arrival. Having the 3rd Street Market Hall within the same building made this a very fun stay. The park across the street was convenient for dog walking. I would definitely return!

Me and 2 other friends stay there for a gaming convention, the rooms were nice and clean. Both ladies at the front desk were super nice, will definitely be back next year.
