Today I had the good fortune of having the assistance of Alexandria and Jose. Both were knowledgeable, personable and helped me more than anyone I’ve encountered in the 20some years I’ve been a customer. They went the extra mile to save me additional money by streamlining my bill. Best service I’ve ever had. They deserve recognition and a raise. Superior!!!!!

If you go to this store and Kaylyn is working, rejoice, for you have been blessed by the US Cellular service department gods. I had a time sensitive, complicated phone emergency a couple weeks ago. Kaylyn was able to address all my concerns and find an effective solution for me, all while maintaining an empathetic and productive vibe. Kaylyn deserves a raise, because you can't train that kind of customer service. Also, great music that day. 10/10.

Caitlyn and the rest of the team provided exceptional service! I had to visit multiple times between two days with iPhone tech difficulties- they are super knowledgeable, quickly helped me solve the issue, and not to mention, they were so Kind and energetic :)

My trip to US cellular store wit problem I was having with phone. Jordan was very helpful beyond expectations clear cleaned phone explain what he was doing why as well as explain I would need to up grade at my convenience and showed me different phones as well as Derrick Mgr convenience me on a better phone got me every thing I need sold switch over got me set up I'm made whole better than I came in. I'm so pleased going home and bringing my husband back for the same great service. Thank you Jordon and Derrick.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Joey Janowski last time I was in the store. Probably the most helpful person I have worked with in a long time at US cellular. He truly helped me understand my phone plan and the different options available to me. Such a nice guy and has your best interest at heart. Look for him if you ever go in.

I’ve only written a few of these Google reviews in my life — but, I came in to this store, recently, and was helped out by a gentleman named Joey(I believe his last name was Janowski). I don’t know if I’ve ever met a kinder person in all my experiences with customer service, in general. He helped break down everything, so simply, and just felt like a genuine guy. He even took the extra step to help apply my case and screen protector! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

I recently stopped in to US Cellular with questions regarding a phone plan, and worked with Joey. Joey was eager and knowledgeable in answering my questions, and he helped me tremendously in weighing my options with various phone plans and selections. I highly recommend working with him if you ever stop by the store!

Outstanding customer service! With Hollie's superb assistance, we purchased 2 phones, accessories and updated our plan. Hollie was extremely helpful and patient every step of the way, from the initial phone call with questions to the completion of the sale. Everything went perfectly, above and beyond our expectations!

My son and I recently visited the store to upgrade my son's phone. We were helped by Joey Janowski, and we're lucky we were. He was very patient with us as we came to the final step of transferring the iTunes account and we realized we didn't know my son's password. He was very patient with us getting it reset which then allowed him to help us with the transfer of everything. This was very much appreciated because I don't have an iPhone (I'm an Android user) so I'm a bit lost when it comes to iTunes and Apple products. I highly recommend you ask for Joey when you visit this store!

Just bought a Samsung 22, our salesman Joey Janowski did a fine job! That's were I thought my story would end. I called technical service as I was having problems with the distance my phone could be away from my hearing aid, only 18" or less. Tech services basically told me the phone equipment hasn't caught up with the aid. Joey called with a follow-up, I told him what I just experienced. He has made several phone calls, had me stop in again to try somethings to make this right. He's not done yet, but I believe he will follow this frustrating situation I have. I am sure glad I ran into him as my salesman that day!!!

Have had a business account at Us Cellular for 15 years and have always had great service when walking in the door. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. As of late I have been fortunate to have been taken care of by Ian Klaver. Every-time I have gone in to see him he always takes care of our needs in a very professional manner. He has always gone up and beyond when helping us out, whether it be activating a phone or seeing if we have the plan best for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs that extra special level of customer service.

We always use U.S. cellular in Brookfield. Joey took care of us when my phone was busted. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and fun to hang out with while our phones were be transferred to new ones. 5 stars for Joey and the overall visit we had for new phones.

Great job !!! I had stopped in for an upgrade. It was 7:40 pm. I had not realized the store closes at 8 pm. I offered to come back the following day. The representative told me no problem and can take care of it. I was out the door in 20 minutes with my upgrade. Even better, i was able to keep the same plan which works for me. Awesome corporate store and staff !!!

Fantastically nice staff all around. Not a long term customer, but needed a phone for a short time while my daily driver is being repaired. They were nice, quick, efficient, and got me a new phone completely activated in less than a half hour. Would very much recommend this store!

Can't say enough about how helpful Hollie Allen was today! Called about coming in later today and she was able to take care of all my issues over the phone. Saved me a stop and provided great customer service. Needed four new phones that we ended up getting shipped and to two different addresses. Was able to help me with the best possible solution. Have to say, one of the most positive customer services experiences I've had in a long time.

I have had nothing but wonderful experience from the crew at this location. Most times, I have worked with either Gary or Ben... and all times, even when they weren't there.. have been wonderful. If I had issues with my personal or business account, they were on it and fixed it no problem. I never had this from any other cell phone provider.

Service has been a cut above the others, too. It may not be the fastest... but definitely not as slow as the service I had with Sprint. The largest reason for me being with them is the customer service... which is BAR NONE the best I have gotten from any cell phone provider. Please keep doing a great job training your guys, keep them there, and keep building on this!! That is how you will win, in addition to consistently improving your network... which it seems you are. Kudos and keep up the great work!

I always have a great experience when Ian Klaver is my consultant, and I am willing to wait until he is available because I know he will provide the best service and find the best package for me. The last time I was in he set up my Mom's new phone, showed her how to use it, explained my last billing to me, and saved me $40 per month by putting me on another package. He is awesome!

Ian has been giving me excellent service for many years. He is very knowledgeable. He has helped me save money with my company plan and direct me in the right location. We have over 20 cell phones in our company and he's always available when we needed him.
