Isaiah was our rep and gave outstanding service. We went in for a simple inquiry and walked out with a great bundle. Not pushy but instead he explained everything we were being offered in transparent terms. This location always has great staff, we drive from across town when we need good Verizon service. Highly recommended! Keep it up Kenilworth Team.

Customer service should be more than 5 stars. Will was the representative that assisted me, he was knowledgeable helpful and made sure that all my needs were met. The service I received surpassed my expectations. Job well done!

Both Malikk and Isaiah were extremely professional, and friendly, and were able to explain the many options that I had when upgrading my phone. It definitely helped me have a positive experience in upgrading my phone and I recommend this store to everyone!

I was in yesterday being helped by Will. He did a great job of solving my issues while also multitasking. He was also helping another gentleman- who in my opinion was being a huge nuisance, and kind of throwing some backhanded remarks at Will- but Will kept up the positivity, and also solved both of our issues. Will deserves recognition from the company and maybe even a raise :)

Isaiah is very pleasant and has a good background on the products based off of what you’re looking for. Amazing customer service truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Overall, every experience has been a splendid one and the staff is nice!

Isaiah helped me set up my voice-mail after switching carriers and I'd spoken with different people from both the old and new carrier and no one could figure it out, but Isaiah solved the issue in 60 seconds.

My most easiest transport ever! Zay was very informative and punctual on getting the best plan that was suitable for my family. I actually added some extras on to my account that saved me money on my monthly expenses. (Netflix &HBO max ) Be sure to ask about the home internet deals !

I actually left Verizon a few years ago we tried a different carrier. Isaiah helped me years ago. He was so awesome and still is. When we decided that we loved Verizon more we thought of him and called the store and he was still working there because of his service we switched back. We loved Verizon but what truly got us to go back was his service!!! If you decide to go to Verizon ask for him!
