The Prop House

I visited the Prop House this weekend after being told the food was amazing, I was not disappointed. Nice drive & very easy to find. Parking wasn’t an issue, ample parking & spots. Seating options were booths, tables, hi-top tables & bar stools. I chose a hi-top, it was comfortable & clean. The staff were very friendly & professional. The atmosphere reminded me the local restaurant that everyone who live in the town goes there, very cozy & inviting. The menu had a good selection of sandwiches, burgers, steaks & entrees. My meal was perfect, flavorful & perfectly prepared. They also have Cherry Pop, absolutely love cherry pop.
My over all experience here great, I will definitely be dining here again soon.

Absolutely love this locally owned gem! The atmosphere is clean and inviting and the food and drinks are delicious. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or enjoying a drink at the bar, this restaurant delivers top notch service and flavor. Highly recommend.

If you're in the Lake Milton area, there's a little dining gem you have to experience. My wife and I along with many friends, neighbors, and family members have been dining here for over a year now, and the Prop house never disappoints. Service is phenomenal, (Jody) is always amazing! Christine always greets us with a smile and she goes above and beyond with her desserts. Coffee is always fresh and spectacular with a great dessert. It's really hard to find a great cup of coffee at a restaurant. The menu is very diverse and has a wide range of dishes for everyone. So when Jody asked, "Have you tried the peanut butter and jelly hamburger?" I'm like...that doesn't even sound good. But I took a chance and gave it a go. I mean, holy smokes was that an amazing burger. Cooked to perfection and topped with breaded and fried jalapeños, PBJ and cheese, and whatever fixings you prefer. Off the chart burger 10 out of 10!!! I'm working my way through the diverse menu and have yet to sample a single dish that I didn't find amazing. Tonight, I tried the pineapple pork chop. Wow! Thanks (Sandy " Candy" for the great drinks and recommendation for the pork chop. So anyways....if you're in the area stop in and be treated to great food, fun atmosphere and really friendly people. We had a super friendly waitress named Sherry and when ever there was dirty dish it was taken from the table! For an appetizer, we got the bruschetta which was delicious. Main course was the blacken blue jay burger & Parmesan-Romano Chicken Breast which were both great! The apple crisp and carrot cake were also very tasty! We will be back.

Phenomenal. Has to be one of the best dishes I’ve had since moving here. Seafood pastry is to die for. House made ranch salad and fresh bread with drinks. 👌 👌 👌 Food is on point all around. Highly recommend.

Tried somewhere New tonight! I love supporting local small businesses.
We started with an appetizer of stuffed hot peppers, Bob had the shrimp bisque and salad came with both of our meals.
He had the fried haddock that has a good light breading with French fries and I had the seafood stuffed pastry with shrimp, scallops and crab with a bernaisse sauce, it was fabulous!!!! Sandi our server was absolutely the sweetest and most amazing lady. If you go in ask for her. She is there Friday and Saturday nights. Christine the owner was also soo kind. She treated us to dessert, I had the crème brûlée and Bob had the strawberry cheesecake. She makes them all home made.
Take the drive and go visit you won’t be disappointed. They are open Wed-Saturday

Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this gem. Our server couldn’t have been any more polite. Ordered an appetizer, dinner and dessert. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. Best bread pudding I’ve had in a while!

I've only lived in the area for 3 years and as a former Jersey Shore restaurant owner and with a son that is a chef we ate there for the first time tonight the food was phenomenal the service was great can't say enough good things! One of THE best restaurants I have eaten at in this area since I moved here. Wish we had eaten there sooner we'll definitely be back can't wait to try other things on the menu. Had a hard time deciding what to order, now HAVE to go back to try what I did t pick!!

Me and my husband went to the prop house tonight for the very first time. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly and the decor maybe it feels cozy. The customer service is excellent. The waitress that we had was very friendly and attentive. We got the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer ,my husband got the Fifth season tower with fries and mashed potatoes and I got the 1lb bone in ribeye with the baked potato and corn. Everything was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. The char on the steak was so flavorful,both steaks were a perfect medium well which we ordered. The crab cakes in the fifth season tower were so good that we couldn't decide which was better the steak or the crab cakes,and the bearnaise sauce on top was just heavenly. This is our first time going and we will be going back.

This was our first time going and we will definitely be back. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was SO good! My husband's steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My chicken special was so flavorful, I was sopping up the sauce with my bread. If you're in the area and like a small town atmosphere, you should definitely stop in!

It was our first time eating here and so worth the drive from Warren. We were hungry for some good burgers and we got that and beyond. We ordered Eddie's Whiskey Burger. Omg..it was divine. Our burgers were well done like we asked but still juicy and not dried out. Yummy whiskey sauce on the burger topped with cheese and bacon! I mean tell me...how can you go wrong? Accompanying the burgers were the most delicious fries. We loved every bite and will be back soon!

The Prop House was amazing! The food was excellent and so was the service. We had to wait 20 min to be seated but it was worth it! Calamari, salads, burgers, pasta, and desserts were all worth the wait! Even returned the next day to pick up desserts they were so good! If your in Lake Milton stop by!!

I would give it 10 stars if possible,the most amazing food cooked to perfection,great service and all around wonderful place!!!

Whole experience was perfect. From the hostess, to the service, and then our amazing meal. Big shout out to the Chef. My Steak tips were perfection, and we didn’t wait long for our food, which was surprising for how busy they were. Fantastic local beers on tap too! I don’t make it back to my hometown very often, but The Prop House will be an absolute visit every time. Very happy Lake Milton has an A+ restaurant.

I had the chicken Marsala and it was to die for. Perfect size dishes. Good prices. My husband had the spicy chicken. And he loved it. But when we come back. He’s definitely going to get the chicken Marsala.

Absolutely everything we ordered was wonderful. The piece de resistance was the crème brûlée. It was so good I took another one to go.
