I had a 2-sided print job that needed to be accurately aligned on both sides. The female clerk working at the print center (I regret that I did not get her name) worked hard to ensure it printed how it should and had to spend extra time on it. Thank you, your attention to detail was much appreciated!

I was very impressed with the young man at the front of the store when I came in and the young lady at the photo counter who helped me. They both were very friendly & helpful. I definitely will stop in again when I'm in Mansfield OH again.

I went in on March 16 I had 50 letters printed and my shot card laminated it was very affordable and the gentle man that help me was very knowledgeable and very pleasant I wished I could remember his name I apologize but I hope OfficeMax knows they have really good employees just wanted to update it's November 30 Thomas at the copy counter really knows his job. He help me with everything I needed very quickly. The young lady up by the door greeted me with a smile. Ask what she could do for me. The employees are amazing and I just. Great store. Friendly staff and well stocked.

Always has what I need, and prices are comparable and sometimes better than places such as W-Mart. Quality is better, too. I love that I can buy USPS stamps directly from Office Depot instead of having to go all the way downtown to the main USPS building, or to other branches in the area. The store is only two miles from my house.

In and out in minutes.
The lady up front asked if she could help us, and we told her what we needed. She directed to the exact spot,and our item was not a common item requested. We picked it up,looked around, and got some prices to compare. The same employee was working the checkout. Super nice and friendly. Very helpful,she looked up our rewards account we forgot we had,and rang us up. Quick and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for future needs for our computers and office items. They had several really good in store sales going on,clearly signed.

Excellent courteous staff member convinced me I had selected the wrong ink cartridge and found the correct one for me. I do recommend Office Max of Ontario, Ohio.

I needed a universal headset for my cordless phone. They appeared to be sold-out, but a staff member determined they had arrived on the morning truck. He made a trip to the stock room to find it for me! Above and beyond. Not something we see these days.

Stopped in to get some business cards made. Had a picture on my phone. All i did was e-mail it to them and they did the rest. They showed me a preview for approval and 2 hours later I picked them up. Pretty nice service 500 cards for $40 and that quick. I am happy would do it again.

I went here to get some receipts printed off my phone. I met Bekah, and she helped me. She was very nice and knowledgeable on how to do. I had 50/60 pages to copy. Didn't take long and the price was very reasonable. Bekah was great need more people like her working at these business's.

Bekah went above and beyond to get me the perfect photo enlargement and she did it very quickly. Very friendly!

I recently placed a pick up order. They have improved. They held my order for 2 days. I used the email confirmation “pick up” button ( I didn’t need to download the app). My order was brought out within minutes and was correct.

As a senior citizen we manage to mess things up with our computer and printer from time to time. The employees are so patient every time and can handle it all.
