Big Lots

I primarily shop at Big Lots for furniture and when I'm there, Theresa is my go to employee every time! Her knowledge of the products always proves to be very helpful and her friendliness, coupled with great customer service make a winning combination.

On 10/11/23, I placed my 1st online order with Big Lots. I was shocked that pickup was available within a couple of hours. In less than 2 hours, my order was ready. The individual who brought my order out to the vehicle was very pleasant to talk with and answered all my questions.

I bought a TV stand right before moving to my new apartment in January. I didn’t realize the U-Haul I had rented had a frozen-shut clasp and door. Not only did Teresa find the item I bought and loaded it into my friend’s car, she unfroze the U-Haul clasp for me using a hammer and rubbing alcohol. Thank you Ontario Big Lots & Teresa for going above and beyond!!

Clean and well stocked store. I was happy I had stopped there. The checkout clerks were so happy and polite. The furniture section was excellent and had a well stocked variety of different furniture.

I love this Big Lots. Clean and organized. Friendly nice staff. Pretty home decorations, fair prices, LOVE their holiday items. Halloween, Valentine's, Christmas, 4th of July. They always have awesome holiday items in my opinion. Will keep shopping at this location for sure!

1. It's Big Lots. It's got stuff.
2. The cashier there is a little bubbly ball of fluff and sunshine and it makes my day.

I love Big Lots. Don't be too proud to go there. You'll be proud that you went. I recently bought a recliner there. Saved over 100 dollars as compared to the furniture stores. Even the stores that are closing their doors. Go there. It's a good thing.

Never know who you run into or how many candles you might buy???! Times five.

I love this store for the wide range of selections..in fact I love the store so much..I was out of my local area and searched out ..found and went to the big lots in that area..in my area store..the clerks are so friendly and they laugh and have fun with me..I like it..my store is in Marion Ohio..the staff are so helpful to find what I'm looking for

My wife found some cute Christmas dinnerware. Wanted some Christmas lights but the holiday weekend hit them hard. We've had great experiences with their holiday decor!

This is hands down the best Big Lots I've ever been to. I totally appreciate the high quality of customer service and product availability of this location. All Big Lots should be modeled after this one.

Love that they have different stuff than other stores. Different, unique food selections, etc. Always find something I need. Friendly staff. Clean store and bathrooms.

Found everything I was looking for.Meet the manager she was very pleasant. She was busy working putting furnisher together but took time to help us.We will be back for sure.We don't have a store like yours in Ashland.Thanks

I love this store. Lots of merchandise at great prices. I would be aware that some of the stuffing in the furniture goes flat pretty quickly. Still a good bargain.
