Really impressed with the quality of vehicles to choose from. Robert worked with our insurance company to make sure we were able to get a replacement vehicle that fit our budget. Honest and above board service. Highly recommended

Robert was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and honest and super friendly to work with and just a real “straight shooter”. We love our new (used) vehicle! It recently passed our local Mazda dealer’s inspection with flying colors and we have not had a single issue with it since we bought it from him. Thanks to Robert, we got the car of our dreams for an EXCELLENT price and a painless process in general! Would 100% do business with him again!

Be sure to get a mechanical inspection before purchasing. I failed to do so (I know better) and ended up with a load of problems. I should have paid thousands less for my van that needed $3,000 worth of work done immediately on several different components. I knew it needed all new tires, brakes, and a door didn’t work but that was the tip of the iceberg. This guy buys junk expecting top dollar with little investment. Be careful.

I bought a 2007 Ford F-150 from this business. I was told everything works great. I bought it in cold weather and did not check the ac. Come to find out the belt that turns the ac pump was shorter and bypassed the ac. So no ac.
Also found a bad front strut when putting on new tires. They were nice but they sure took advantage of the situation. This why car dealers have a bad name because of people like this.

Purchased a Buick from this lot about two weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. The owner said that his wife had been driving it for a few months and there were no issues with it at all. We have come to find out that the computer is bad (about a $2,000 repair) and the rear differential is bad as well (also about a $2,000 repair). If his wife had been driving it for months, he knew what the issues were and clearly lied to our faces. STAY AWAY!!!!

We bought a Jeep Compass from here 7 months ago and had nothing but issues with it almost day one. The brakes were bad at first I thought no big deal because brakes do go bad. But then tie rods were bad and replace them and power steering lines leak and replace that and when my mechanic had it on the rack he asked me how much I loved this jeep I said why he said the frame is close to be breaking it is unsafe to drive and he showed me one part you almost can put your hand thru it. Basic I had to junk it because I didn't want no one driving it knowing it is unsafe and I won't put my son in it. Just saying just double check the cars you are getting because you lose alot of money

Sold me a junk vehicle with a bad oil leak that he obviously covered up. Car ran fine but was lied to when I asked mechanical problems. When I asked about how he could make it right he left the conversation.. Do not trust this dealer. Now i'm stuck with a car that needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs.. go elsewhere

My stepson recently purchased a vehicle from Stapco. Before he even recieved his title, the transmission went out. After several diagnostics, he was told the same thing...he needs a new transmission. That is very disappointing when he paid cash of his own for the vehicle. I feel he was dooped.

Requested an appointment to check out a car but never heard back from them. Within 3 days they'd bumped the price up $1000. Terrible service and would not recommend
