Rally's

Although the location is run down probably from being so old the women that were working Sunday afternoon. 3/11/24 were so very nice! They weren't super busy at the time so I waited a minute for fresh food. Totally worth it! I gave the atmosphere 3 starts because it could probably use spruced up. This has nothing to do with the workers more to do with the company.

Food has improved very much recently. We had quit eating there for a few years because food was cold like it sat in front of an air conditioner duct. Had to pull around and wat a couple times for our food, but it was still hot when we got home. And pies are back!! Thank you!!

I have not eaten at Rally's for more than two years now. I visited the drive-through on my way home from work today and was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the food was just as I remembered. I love their one-of-a-kind french fries and they were served hot and fresh.

Starting off on something that I didn't like so read all

The drive thru AI is so stupid and not needed, it's ok to have a automated message than a human needs to come in, because our order was missing many things, but we got it fixed by a human.

The food was amazing, I will say the half pound chicken bites and fries was not my favorite, the chicken tasted weird but that could've been me but the fries always hit and the rally burger is still awesome, I have been there in many years since I live in a different town, so I would recommend this.

Understaffed seemingly but they tried and did their best and was very friendly. They have an automatic ordering service and it was weird. Parking situation was a mess. Was told to pull around asked if I should park in handicap since I would have blocked the way out he said yes then I proceeded to have words with other customers for me being "rude and inconsiderate"

Never had a problem here except for the robot. Food and staff are always fresh and welcoming. Find a reason to get here any chance I get.

I don't care what anyone says, this place is awesome and this last time they really treated me well. Their system was down and I couldn't pay with card which is all I had, so I backed out of the parking space I was in and parked in the lot to try and figure out what to do next. It was late and Rally's was practically the only thing open. She came out and greeted me at my window and said she was going to comp this order for my trouble. I never expected that! Thank you Rally's!

The food is always fresh and made exactly how we order it. Best french fries in town. Great fountain drinks and funnel cake fries.

The robot order box is a little creepy, and the place is a little shady-looking, but I think that has more to do with the area it's in. The wait can be a little long at times, but I feel it's worth it for the accuracy of the order and the fresh food. Overall, one of the best fast food experiences in town.

Honestly love this place. I grew up eating rally’s/Checkers. Honestly a good idea to add to the menu is have a different style of loaded fries! Something I made up at home with the rally/checkers fries you can by at Walmart was first add the fries with sloppy Joe meat with topping of shredded cheese with bacon bits.

Food is Awesome 💯 Service was great and Employees are very Friendly! We go there at least 2-3x a month.. definitely will be Going Back

First time having Rally's I got the Big Buford it was delicious and the chili cheese frys was absolutely insane good will be going back

I don't understand how this place can get anything less than 5 star reviews. Always super friendly. Food is always good. Keep up the good work you guys.

My wife and I went here for lunch just the other day and our food came out hot, in a reasonable amount of time and it was very delicious. Great Job!!

My order was taken quickly, with no " please repeat that last thing" that seems so typical of most Fast food restaurants. I was happy it was not a typical experience. My food was prepared quickly and accurately. It also was good, not too hot or cold and very tasty.

Okay despite the size of the building, they pack great tasting food with a friendly attitude, dead of night? No problem, service with a smile. Bored while waiting? Learn a new dance on the sidewalk. Not a whole lot of money? Prices are decently cheap, you pay for what you get, and what you get is amazing flavor, and some pleasant folk.

They always get our order right ! I've never had an issue with this fast food chain in piqua !

I've never had bad food from Rally's. It's probably a good thing I don't live near one.

Janet made our trip there amazing. She talked to us while we were waiting for our order and it made it a very pleasant experience. The food was a solid 10/10. You really can’t find any better deals around town. I’m definitely just going back to visit Janet again. Keep up the great work Janet. The official Troy boys loved the service from you!
