Mercy Health - North Lima Primary Care

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is! I go to Dr. Conti. I have been his patient for years. He is so compassionate and caring. Nobody likes to go to the doctor, but I always feel so much better after seeing him. Kristen is also wonderful! I’m never there for more than 30 minutes. Thank you for everything you have done for me!

I have been with Prima-Mercy Health for quite some time. The doctors there are great and my family doctor is there as well. Even went there for emergency service. I cannot say anything bad, only good things..

Visited here for my 1st round of Covid19 vaccine. It was spectacular! Walked to the door, provided my name & phone number, and went to wait in my car. Maybe 5 minutes later, they called me to come in. I went straight to a registration clerk. That was done quickly & clearly. I was then ushered to a room to received the vaccine. I completed my paperwork as the nurse was preparing what she needed. Quick, relatively painless shot. Only had to wait in the hall for 15 minutes to watch for reactions. I used the restroom while I was waiting. It was clean & well stocked. Every staff member I interacted with was very professional and cooperative. It was a well-oiled machine.

So much easier for simple things, just walk in and see the next doctor. Fast check in, short wait, in and out.

99% of the times I went in there I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to see my doctor and when my prescriptions run out there's no problem calling on the phone for it except for narcotics and then you only have to have a virtual visit with your doctor or to see him when you are too sick (like COVID-19) to go in.

The lab upstairs was beyond great! They were extremely nice at the front desk. Highly recommend the girls there upstairs, especially if you are a hard stick!

This whole office is absolutely amazing. In and out quick and did everything perfectly. I'm so glad I found them and switched from my previous primary. Best decision I've made.

I like Dr Baer and Dr Deist they're fast quick answer any questions you may have Dr Deist is a very good family Dr

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Wait time is short. Dr. Diest is always kind and attentive .

They have always been good to me. It is a busy place and they do a good job.

Dr. MINOTTI IS WONDERFUL.. Everyone is so nice .

I've been a patient of Dr. Minotti's since 1984.

Quick fast and in a hurry that was the service I received pretty happy with that
