Gordon Food Service Store

I've only been here a few times but I love this store. The store itself is very orderly and clean, and the prices are excellent. The products are fresh and high quality. There is a pretty wide range of products too. I'm glad to see a store like this open to the general public instead of just to businesses or members. The employees are friendly and helpful also. If you don't want to use the boxes they have on hand or the reusable bags they have there to buy, you have to bring your own bags. That's not a problem though since pretty much everyone has plenty of them at home. Also, if you buy in bulk and the box has a loose lid, make sure there is the right amount of product in the box. About 2 weeks ago, I bought a 40 lb. box of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4-10lb. bags), but there were only 3 bags in it. I don't have my receipt and even if I did, I wouldn't try to get the other bag. They probably wouldn't just take my word, and I don't blame them because, sadly, people take advantage of things like that. I should have made sure all the bags were in it before I checked out but I'll take the loss since I can't fully blame them and I'm not the "Karen" type. Lol We have enough of them. I like to consider myself more reasonable so, all things considered, I give this place 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend. I'm actually heading back in a few days. On a final note, I'm from New Castle (25-30 minutes away) but it is well worth the drive.

My favorite store for buy a stuffed cabbage, In my opinion is the best stuffed cabbage around for the taste and price. Store is clean and employee always nice. Not all item is a good price though..

Can't say anything bad about this place. Customer service will do whatever they can to make sure you get the best prices available.

Good place for bulk. Prices are not good on everything. But they do have frozen fruit and vegetables that are good deals if you want large quantities. You can buy cases of meat and seafood. If you are stocking a freezer, it is a good place to shop. Large selection of spices and baking supplies.

I really needed more time to look just ran in to get 2 things but I'm coming back. Clean courteous friendly staff..

The store is both very well organized and extremely kept up with their stock. Also, well maintained in cleanliness. Checkout was also impressive, very nice and well mannered young man. I will be back !

I love shopping @ the Boardman store. They are still enforcing to wear face masks. Has a variety of products always in stock. They have both bulk and also buy individually, which I like. There are some products which are larger than what you find in a grocery store or supercenter. Thank you.

This place is always great to go for me and my family we love how much food you get for your money it always has great deals and I love the deli section and the frozen food section.
