ER AURORA HOSPITAL

My experience at this place was a 5/5. From when I initially entered the ER my PA was the best along with his nurse.

Upon being admitted to the 3rd floor the great care didn't drop off. My Dr was great.

My nurse Mike was elite, along with Samantha, Morgan, and Morgana.

I was a bit unhappy with the social worker named Riland. He was very unfriendly from the start, didn't seem like he had enough time for me, and when I discussed my issues with him he seemed very unwilling to help.

To be quite honest he didn't help me at all. I know there's so many more resources he has access to. I have friends that work in other areas of the country that are on his position & they said I should really press this issue. There's no way Milwaukee only has 211. He gets a 0/5 only because he lied and said he would put some "211 locations" I could contact next week. I'm very disappointed in him & the hospital putting him in a position of power where he dictates people's livelihoods (life or death) once they leave the hospital. Of all the personal at the hospital he should be the one that displays all the great qualities that his fellow coworkers possess.

I'm still giving my experience a 5/5 because everyone else was above a 5 and made up for Ridel's inadequacies.

Great experience. I had spine surgery here and stayed one night for recovery and observation. Every staff member that cared for me, from nursing, cna, to physical therapy, were kind, knowledgeable and they all seemed to work together as a team for the benefit of my care. I left feeling supported and encouraged in my recovery.

I gave birth in this hospital and it was amazing. The nurses and doctors were all nice and helped me a lot. I loved my experience here specially being a first time mom and I would definitely have another baby here :)

Derrick from the emergency department was absolutely AMAZING!! He listened to everything I was saying and responded with intellect, answering all of my questions/concerns. I feel he went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as I could be in my situation. Great guy to have on the team there!!!

Amazing staff @ Aurora Sinai Medical Center!! I had my first child here 🍼 and then he was in the n.i.c.u. after that for almost a month. 👣 And what I can say with 💯% confidence and belief is.... All of the doctors and nurses were caring and wonderful people. That is 100 percent what I experienced. So thank you all so much for making that tough time in our lives as painless as it possibly could have been‼ ❤

It was truly a great experience. I had partial knee replacement. Everyone that I came in contact with during my stay was definitely caring and went above and beyond.

My surgery, recovery & stay, could not have gone better. At every level the staff seems to work as a team and really care about the patients recovery being top goal.

Aurora Heath clinic did a great job on my colon cleaning that the doctor and staff that help out much love to u all Mr Davis.

I was brought here when I had premature rupture of membranes at 25 weeks pregnant. Everybody here was amazing the entire time. My son spent 89 days in the NICU. Every doctor and nurse I came into contact with was accommodating, kind, and just made the entire scary situation a good experience. My son was born 26 weeks and received amazing care, and I was taken care of very well, also. I am very grateful

I had a tubal removal at Mt.Sinai on Jan 19th ‘23, and I can’t say enough good things about my team of doctors. My surgery was elective, and I had been looking forward to it for years. The whole team was extremely supportive, they all wished me a “happy no baby day” and they took great care of me! The doctor I saw (I won’t name them purely because elective sterilization surgeries are subject to some people’s judgment and hate) was completely understanding and made what could have been an extremely traumatic experience the easiest thing in the world. I wish I remembered all the names of who took care of me because I’d love to meet them all and thank them. Alas, I was under heavy drugs, and all I remember is that I had an amazing time. Thank you so much to my team!

"Daphne" in the ambulatory surgery Department of Aurora Sinai Medical Center 945 N 12th St, Milwaukee, WI 53233 Knows her job and does it well her care and compassion is exceptional. She made sure I understood everything before and after my surgery. She even waited with me for my ride to arrive after she was clocked out for the day. "Daphne Great Job!"

Today I had day surgery at the Mount Sinai hospital Ambulatory Surgery. Everyone from check in to the aids, technicians, nurses, and doctors were extremely kind, professional, educational, and efficient! The facility itself was clean and comfortable. Thank you all for for taking such great care of me— you are truly appreciated! ❤

I had total hip replacement at Sinai Medical Center on June 21. I was nervous about having it done at Sinai based on location alone. I have to tell you I had the best care I could possibly have wanted or expected at any hospital. Every nurse, every CNA, every PT were positive, quick to respond, and professional. The post surgical unit was well staffed and there was very little wait time for anything. There was a new surgical nurse on the unit named Johnny V and he made my 3 day hospital stay so much less stressful than it could have been. I even had to have a special walker available post surgery and it was waiting for me and brought up by PT after surgery. If you have any doubts about Sinai for surgery, no need to worry, they provided me exceptional care.

I drove all the way from Chicago to give birth at Aurora Sinai in Milwaukee because the hospital gave me more options regarding the delivery of my child than hospitals in Chicago. The care that I received from the midwives, nurses, and OBs was great and honestly I wouldn’t give birth anywhere else . For my second child, I will be sure to start my prenatal care with the midwifery group right away instead of transferring my care closer to my delivery date.

Professional team to the nth degree. Explained every step along the way what was next and what I would be experiencing. They put my mind to rest.

The doctors and staff was very thorough about my procedure, and willing to answer any questions I had.

The service that I received at Aurora Sinai today was exceptional. The attitudes, preparation and professionalism are noteworthy. Thank You to everyone that provided extraordinary service to me.

Thank you for taking great care of my grandma core lowe I miss her soo much it sad that she gone but she's in a better place now rip granny I love you so much

Went for colonoscopy today at 10:00am the hospital staff I encountered was wonderful. From the front doorman to the RN's that were put in my care. They made me feel comfortable and safe. My two nurses Jeanne and
Mikayla were wonderful and very professional.
I thank God for their professionalism.

I called to reschedule my sons appointment and the lady who name I think Jane in the family care doing great customer service I want to thank her!
