Absolutely lovely people! The prices are affordable and the customer service was fantastic! If you're looking for special or hard to find colors definitely stop here. They will go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need.

Great shop small shoe store. They also sell medical scrub uniforms for employees in health care. They have pretty much anything big shoe stores in a mall would have just condensed.

The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. There is a great selection of good shoes and boots.

So nice to be fitted properly. Very rare today. Quality shoe selection too

Dave and Beverly couldn’t have been more pleasant, helpful or nice. Helped find color and size of uniform needed from multiple vendors. They looked in the overflow stock to find my size when I couldn’t find it on the rack. I tried on tennis shoes…I think I was a kid the last time someone helped me try the shoe on and with a shoehorn no less. Great customer service!!! Definitely worth the 30 minute drive.

Incredible customer service that exceeded my expectations. I didn't even know service like this still existed. I was given a personal helper to assist in finding the right sizes, colors, and brands. He even put the shoes on me when I tried them on. I didn't feel pressured and it was a pleasant shopping experience for a person that loathes shopping. Large variety of brands and colors. This will be the only place I shop for scrubs. Highly recommend.

Best experience! It’s hard for me to find uniforms in stock because I’m tall. I walked in got greeted immediately, told him what I was looking for. Next thing I know I have not only one pair but at least 5 options in my size and color. Will definitely go back!

I got two pairs of shoes for my first round of clinicals. Staff was so helpful in finding me pairs that I liked and were comfortable! I’ll be going back soon to replace the ones I loved that got ruined in a mud puddle.

Great selection, knowledgeable and super helpful staff, they had me in and out on my lunch break with scrubs sets that fit better than any I've worn before. Def. Recommend!

The best customer service! They will go above and beyond for an order placed through them. They also have Mercy logo apparel ready, which is super convenient. Great selection of shoes and medical gear. During the quarantine they hand delivered a purchase to my door to prevent further delays and I thought that was really awesome!

I won't go anywhere else. The customer service is beyond anywhere else. If they don't have your size, they will order it. They located items I might like in different manufacturers and I never felt like I was an inconvenience.

I could have order my shoes online, but instead I drove 2 hours to get professionally fitted for a pair of Dansko shoes because I knew that I would be wearing these shoes for hours on end in the Operating Room. The owner and staff at Neal's are both very professional and knowledgeable. Neal's is a small local business and they most definitely deserve your business!

Only place I will go for uniforms / shoes/ assecories!! The staff is WONDERFUL! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Wonderful experience the older gentleman helped us he was so sweet and kind! I I'm from far away and getting the size I need is a hassle , not only was his store amazing he showed me how to order what I liked off his web site to our house with no shipping fee! And the prices are amazing!!

I was seriously impressed with the quality of this store. The staff are very helpful and realistic. They have a good idea of what people in your situation tend to prefer. They also have a realistic perspective on what to buy and aren't trying to pressure you into unnecessary purchases.

My scrubs all disappeared during COVID-19. I called this store in a panic, they were doing curbside pickup only. I explained what I needed & he surpassed my expectations. However, he was closing for the day. I told him that I live in Lake Milton & could be there in 30 mins. HE STAYED LATE FOR ME! What awesome service! He wouldn’t even accept any gratuity!!! I won’t buy my scrubs anywhere else. Great quality with a amazing price!! Even a discount when you buy a top & bottom together! Simply INCREDIBLE!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! As soon as I walked in they were ready and eager to help. They were very kind and helped me find and get exactly what I needed. My daughter loved the staff and they did a wonderful job fitting my daughter for her shoes!! She loved them, great customer service I will be back :)
