I went to the store yesterday and the man behind the counter was very polite very professional With great respect every other metro PCS is trash loyal customer thank you for answering all my questions for Not giving an attitude definitely calling corporate and tell them how Excellent and professionally

Yaya was very helpful. We was there for about 3 hours today switching 3 lines from boost to metro. He started our transfers, as he assisted other clients while he was on hold for certain things. He was polite and patient. Above all Yaya was very personable.

Almost forgot and i hope she sees this! I was there a few days ago and the lady there was so sweet and deserves a raise. I seen her before even when i was with other ppl buying phones and she always offers a deal. Hooking ppl up. She bonds well with customers and is just excellent at her job. Good customer service. Good place to go. Get your phone there 📱📲👍👍

I just want to say that I had an amazing experience with Yaya he was very helpful and knowledgeable set me up with the great Timex watch
I would recommend everyone to go to that location and talk to Yaya if you need anything

They have the best customer service I done had with any phone company since I started getting my own plans at 18. I want to thank Yaya and Moe for the deal they gave me and being honest about what phone to get and how their plan is different and better from others!!!
