Curtis and his crew did a awesome job on my concrete work. I would recommend them to anyone . I seen the dedication Curtis has in the job he does from the beginning to the end. He is a person you can talk to, he listens to you and gives you the truth on what your questions may be. It is great to find a honest person /business owner out there now days. He comes back and checks the work done which some don't do ! I love the way he did my steps and patio in back and in front side walk /porch.

CY Tri-County is the real deal! We had CYTC come out to remove our detached 2 car garage concrete floor (and apron), as well as our patio. The crew showed up on a Wednesday and did all of the concrete removal and haul away in the garage and the patio. Thursday, they were back at it to prep both spots for the concrete pour - scheduled for the next day.

The day of the pour, the crew was back in the early morning, making the finishing touches before the concrete arrived.

The pour went flawlessly and the finishing work was completed that same day. The guys took great care to clean everything up when they were finished.

I have since given 5-6 different people the number to CY Tri-County Construction - after seeing how my job turned out.

They do excellent work - and they stand behind it too!

Curtis, Mark and their team at CY Construction are not only very reasonably priced, they do TOP NOTCH work and do it right. They do not sacrifice quality at any level and really explain the materials they choose to use. I bought the tile and bathroom materials myself to try to prep ahead of time for the remodel but some key things that I learned from this project are 1) Learn the differences between tile i.e. glass versus porcelain 2) Learn how to look at the tile boxes for matching dye lots 3) Trust the design ideas from the builders (niche suggestion as well as tile accent rug from Curtis and Mark). Because of the experience we had with CY Construction, we will have them back in the spring for our kitchen remodel.

Curtis and his team did a really wonderful job remodeling my bathroom. He was very quick to come and give me an estimate, and came to begin work shortly after. Mark did an amazing job with the tile work and fixing some preexisting issues with my already demolished/unusable bathroom. I wasn’t sure exactly what materials I needed to purchase, but Curtis and Mark helped me plan it out and create a list of what I needed to complete the job.

I believe CY Tricounty Construction was very fair in pricing and was very tentative to my requests. Even after project completion, Curtis checked back in to see if everything was functioning properly and if I was happy with it.

I am very pleased with how my bathroom turned out, and will use them in the future for other projects! Thank you CY Tricounty Construction!

Curtis and his crew are a group of hard working individuals that did an amazing job on my driveway and patio. Curtis is really nice to work with. I hired Curtis to replace cement steps that were crumbling. Curtis was very easy to work with, gave me a fair price and is very professional. Also a very hard worker. I would use him again.

Curtis and his team did a marvelous job repairing a previous bathroom remodel. They not only fixed the plumbing, they mended the wall that they had to go through so well that I can't even see where they mended it. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I intend on having them do more work for us.

CY Tricounty Construction was fabulous. Curtis far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Very attentive to detail on the setup of the floor to the finished grouting. Instead of just tiling over what looked like a questionable sub-floor, Curtis suggested we pull it to assure it was solid. It wasn’t. So the project scope grew some but he was fair and we now have a solid base for the tile that will last a good long time.

We will use CY Tricounty for any future project we encounter.
