It was a great experience. I was very happy. I was able to meet the person. I was managing the place. Wasn’t very thrilled with some of the fees, but I was very very happy with the service. Thank you.

Very clean, secure and safe. The facility manager Pat & his associate Missy is wonderful, very professional, knowledgeable and organized every single day, goes above and beyond to answer any questions and problem solving. Definitely recommend this location, no complaints whatsoever on my end.

I went to Extra space storage to look for a 10 buy 20 size unit and talked to the workers very nice people. And about 30 mins later i had what i was looking . Mr TONY

Pre-coordinated all my requirements with a simple phone call. I was in the office to verify IDs and e-sign contracts and I was out in about 20-minutes. All on a Friday afternoon during a busy time. Well done!

I just want to come and say the store manager Wendy is actually amazing ! There was so much miscommunication from the reps on the phone and the actual store location ! But Wendy did work with me to correct all the issues and came up with the best solution! I am very thankful for her going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and my items were very secured ! Sometimes all it takes is a little conversation ! But I really trust storing my personal items there and will definitely use this location in the future l! Thanks Wendy !

I had the privilege of working with Wendy today and she went above and beyond to help my family meet our moving needs. She turned a stressful day into the most positive experience. I am beyond grateful and thankful for Wendy. She exercise so much patience! Not to mentioned, if Wendy hadn't inquired about our housing space we would have rented the wrong space due to not knowing sizing measurements. Once again, we are thankful for Wendy!

Manager Wendy was very helpful. She answered all my questions and was very clear and detailed in regards to contract agreements, hours of operations and if any emergencies occurred. Wendy made the process easy and smooth for me!!

I had outside parking for over a year. During that time there was no need for interactions with the staff however, when I did have to speak with the staff, Wendy and Sasha were very professional and informative. They provided multiple solutions when looking to add additional storage. Kudos to this two ladies for a job well done.

We went here to store our motorcycles over the winter and they had a unit available for us ready to go that held our two bikes perfectly. Wendy was helpful in getting us going, enduring everything was safe and taken care of, and clearly cares about the efficiency, cleanliness, and service at her facility.

When we came to retrieve our bikes and close our unit down (we just don't need it anymore), they were incredibly helpful yet again!

If we have additional storage needs we will definitely be back.

I worked with Mike at the Green Bay ave location and he gave great service. I was renting a truck to move my furniture out of a unit I had. He was really nice and walked me through all of the pricing. He also had a great sense of humor. 10/10 would recommend to others. Go in and ask for the manager Mike!

Jonathan was AMAZING!!! He was so very helpful. We came in, he answered all of my questions! He even helped me take a desk to the dump!! He didn’t have to do that but he did and I’m so thankful because I couldn’t lift it myself. His attitude was awesome! Very friendly. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.
