I highly recommend Northfield Fireplace and Grills. Our salesman Keith was awesome, straight forward and honest. The owner Joe was overly helpful and kind. I can't recommend this company enough. We purchased a Blaze King Princess Fireplace insert and they explained to us what to expect and how to do the startup. I wish I could give them more than a five-star review!

Northfield Fireplace was extremely helpful with updating our fireplace. They removed old wood stove we haven’t used in 25 years, installed a new gasoline, gas logs and doors. Joe was available for any questions and their entire team was courteous and punctual. Highly recommend! Painted using a product called Brick Anew by me.

We had a woodburning stove installed on 12.4.23 and we honestly could not be more pleased! The entire process was so smooth. Joe and his staff helped us pick a unit and then completed the install. Joe spent a lot of time with us to be sure we picked the right unit for our home. The installers were so professional and they left oir home spotless. They explained the features of the stove and showed us how things worked. Everyone we dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. We would highly recommend The Fireplace Shoppe!

After some initial issues getting a complete and accurate quote, I contracted with them to install a my new flush mount LED fireplace, as well as wall mount my television and center speaker and a new mantle above the fireplace. They also did a fair amount of electrical work including installing a quad outlet in my closet for my home theater components that I moved in there. They performed all of this in one day and did a perfect job.

Matt serviced and cleaned our gas fireplace today and did a fantastic job---looks like new, amazing! Very happy customer. He even gave us some great tips and showed us a couple functional things that we did not know before. Very fair price and worth every penny. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Kevin from Northfield Fireplace & Grills! We initially scheduled a chimney sweep apt through another company and were quoted over $3,600 for repairs "that must be done". Wanting to get another opinion, we were thankfully referred to Northfield Fireplace. Kevin did a thorough safety check and let us know that we are in perfect shape and repairs were not necessary. Kevin completed our chimney cleaning and we are now ready for winter! So thankful to have found this honest and trustworthy company (which is unfortunately is not the norm) and you certainly gained a new loyal customer! Thank you!!

I can’t wait for the cold weather. Northfield Fireplace Shoppe just installed a gas fireplace in the living room. I was so pleased with the upstairs fireplace I purchased from them in 2008 that I had them put one in on the main floor replacing an old wood-burning fireplace.

This was my third purchase from Northfield and I have always been more than pleased, especially this latest. Tim, Craig and Kevin were professional, thorough and efficient. The owner, Joe came out to do the quote too. Everyone and everything exceeded expectations. It is a great family business and it was a pleasure to do business with them again.

We built our home in 2013 and the gas fireplace in our finished basement put out all the heat & flame of a butane lighter so we wanted to upgrade it to a more robust unit. Northfield Fireplace was able to recommend a superior replacement that fit inside our existing frame and their installation technicians were able to make the swap without damaging the mantle in any way and it looks (and feels) fantastic!
