Carmelo arrived right at the promised time and fixed our clogged drain. The invoice clearly explained what he did and why he used the method he did to preserve our old fixture. We're especially grateful for the care he took. He also gave us an estimate for future work that would save us money in the long run on easily foreseeable problems with this very old fixture -- so we have options. Our house is a 1906 Queen Anne, so any plumbing work requires a lot of problem solving and special care. I especially appreciated getting a reminder and a heads up from Viking before arrival. We were referred to Viking by the folks who have maintained our boilers for many years, and I am really pleased with the referral. I'll be recommending Viking to friends who have old homes on the east side like ours.

Jay was great! What started out to be an easy fix, or so we thought, turned out to be a big problem. Jay handled it with confidence. When he needed help there was a Master Plumber helping him out via phone. He communicated to me what was happening throughout the whole two day process. He was knowledgeable and detailed. Happy with the results.

Our water heater was leaking and we got a recommendation to call Viking plumbing. They scheduled to come the next day. The communication with Viking plumbing Wes great, easy and efficient. Our technician, Waige Fischer, did a great job of inspecting and then changing the water heater. Very efficient. Happy with how everything went overall so I would recommend Viking plumbing.

For their professionalism and dependability, I always use Viking! This appointment, to repair a leak in an old-fashioned kitchen sink faucet and to replace a gas valve on an ancient gas stove, was serviced by Shawn. He was polite, friendly, and courteous. (He is the first plumber to recommend replacement of rubber rings with cartridges.) He re-lit the pilot lights on the stove and took measurements for the repair of a water line leak.

I’ve used Viking Plumbing several times now and they are always so prompt and easy to work with! And they know all the issues these old Milwaukee houses have and where to find parts for a 1936 sink or shower. Their online scheduling is super easy and their prices have been reasonable so far too, even for same day service. Highly recommend.

Called this morning with a clogged sink that I couldn’t fix myself. We were scheduled the same day. Received a text with a window for the arrival time. Got an update later with the name of our tech (Justice), a photo and real time tracking and arrival estimate!

He was so courteous, explained everything and expeditious in the service. This is why we will continue to be Viking customers. And will now recommend Justice, too!

We’ve used Viking a few times and they’re always great. This last time we had some work done by Justice Neal and he couldn’t have been more professional. He did a great job and left the bathroom spotless when he was done. He’s also a very nice person, answering all of our questions so we knew exactly what to expect. We would definitely use them again and Justice would be welcome any time.

Always courteous and timely. Shampoo bowl had a leak, break room sink had to be snaked and a 50 gal water heater needed to be replaced. Everything finished in 2 visits and the total cost was very fair. I’ve used Viking for over 10 years and am completely satisfied with their quality service.

Viking is great. I called with a clogged drain, expecting a next day visit, but they got me in the same day, resolved the issue in a short amount of time and were more reasonably priced than another company that offered to come next day. Customer service was as excellent as the actual service. So happy we found out new plumber!
