Boris the owner / ceo is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the merchandise. I strongly recommend them if you are buying any electronics online.

Bought a Nintendo 3DS XL for my son to play his cartridge games on, since his old one had quit. Received it quickly however it would not play any of his games. Due to my elderly mother getting sick I missed the return date and them and ebay have decided I do not get my money back. I would not recommend them, item was defective and I am out over $80.

Purchased a Marantz receiver that was sold in working condition off eBay. Yeah "working" as long as it isn't used for more than an hour, after that it enters protection mode and resets, now it won't even turn on. I assume they either tried repairing some cold solder joints and/or replace some capacitors/relays and call it good! This company basically attempts to fix or limp electronics together to resell them and hope they escape a 30day return window. I would strongly reconsider about purchasing electronics from this company.

I purchased a New charge2 Fitbit from Walmart.com, it was defective. I worked with Fitbit on resolving the issue and found out the NEW Fitbit I was sold has been out of warranty since 2017 and now Azing will not give me a refund.
Be VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY the items you could be buying from them may NOT be backed a manufacturer’s warranty.
