I got great quality furniture from a gorgeous show room with a very caring, knowledgeable sales person. I loved the sales price plus free shipping cyber week! Good promos and free financing that only took 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend Love's to friends and family!

Very positive experience. Noel was very helpful. We were just looking but we ended up buying 2 recliners. Your prices were far better than Morgan's furniture.

First time visit. We highly recommend the store in Niles Ohio as that's the only loves we've been in so far. 1st we were meant by an associate named George Who open the doors for us and warmly welcomed us to their store. 8 kindly ask the reason for our visit so he could direct us to the proper sales associate (Michelle). We originally went to love's for an add item from Thanksgiving. A notes to us the sale had ended however Michelle when above and beyond checking if we could still get the sofa in couch at sale pricet through their headquarters. Unfortunately they couldn't give us a sale price however, Michel help does find a similar matching couch and love seat at about the same price as the sale item but with more features (electric recliners)! We didn't even know they came with electric recliner! But Michelle dead and got us into an awesome love seat and sofa that was perfect for us and reasonably priced. We left happy and there was a free delivery sale! Complete 5 star Experience. I almost was able to convince Michel of a free wine refrigerator but no go. Lol Hope this review inspires you to check the place out.

Store is nice but some of the furniture looked cheap but it's ok for those whose starting off or someone like me needed furniture for casual or leasure time. Delivery wait time is short especially during the pandemic when other places take twelve weeks for delivery.

Love’s is a great place to shop for furniture.....the store is pristine clean, the service was excellent and we were able to take our purchase with us! Highly recommend the Niles, Ohio store!

Very helpful from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. Prices are good and they lower the price thats on the tag. So they will negotiate and work with you to get it cheaper than what its listed for.
