The veterinarians and techs are nice and good at their jobs. I'm glad I have found this place for my cats. This is a great place to bring your furry friend for care.

I recently had to put my dog down. They were VERY compassionate during such a difficult time. I am grateful that they saw us the same day I called so my best friend did not have to suffer any longer. He was in great hands until the end.

I believe this is my second review left on Google. I have been nothing but pleased with the excellent care SHAH provides to my 3 fur babies. Kind office staff, always helpful, timely appointments for concerns. Dr. Hennis promptly emailed me on a Saturday with his interpretation of lab results for my kitty after being seen for a concern. Their office goes above and beyond.

This past week was super rough on our family, as we learned one of our cats had a mass in his lower jaw that was causing a lot of pain. He wasn’t eating. We made the difficult decision to let him go. There were lots of tears. But the bright spot was SHAH. Not only were they incredibly understanding and caring during this process, but we just received a delivery of flowers from the staff. This is the third time I’ve lost a pet, and the third vet that I’ve been with at end of life…but they’re the first to really go above and beyond in one of the most difficult moments for our family. SHAH has been a wonderful vet service all around, but to me these little thoughts really separate them from the other options out there, and I absolutely recommend for your pet care needs. Thank you so much to the staff for your caring thoughts.

We continue to take all of our pets here even though we no longer live in summit county. Dr. Eve is fantastic. They are reasonably priced and are very thorough with discussion even being curbside service only during COVID. Very pleased with SHAH.

My family has been going here with our pets before I was even born (25+yrs). They have treated 6 of our dogs and 2 cats of ours in that time. My mom still takes our Big Baby of a Dog (90lb mutt)! here and the staff are great with him.

He hates car rides + shakes the whole time so is always super anxious + he doesn't like his toe nails clipped (at home we used to have to hold him down to cut them). The techs literally cut his nails in under 2m and he doesn't fuss once.

Plus they are currently beginning to do construction to expand the little place to double it's size! More room for more pets to be taken care of by this great place.

My sister (now a Vet surgeon in another city) shadowed here in HS too. The staff is great esp the techs.

I can't say enough good things about this vet. The whole staff is warm and friendly and really care about the customers and animals. Great service also, I've called them with a concern and they've said on multiple occasions that they could squeeze me in immediately. They deserve 10 stars!!!

So happy I found this place when we moved to the area. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My dogs used to freak out when they went to the vet but, that does not happen anymore! Amazing staff :)

They got my cat in for an appointment within 90 minutes of my phone call. They were very thorough in examining him & providing education & treatment for his urinary tract infection. Great experience. Reasonable prices. We'll be back.

The staff is extremely friendly and knows what they are doing. The doctors do a full exam every time regardless of why your there, which is amazing. They catch things that you might have not noticed. I would definitely recommend coming to this vet.

Dr. Eve is extremely caring and helped navigate a successful visit with my cat who gets extremely stressed at the vet. We were treated kindly and with compassion even when he was upset.
