Satolli Carpet & Floor Covering

I recently purchased carpeting for my stairs from Satolli Carpet & Floor Covering. I could not be more pleased! The salesperson allowed me to take carpet samples to my home which was super helpful for color selection. The owner (Eric) took the time to let me touch and feel various carpet pads so I could make an informed carpet pad decision based on quality and price. The installer (Scott) was professional, a master at his craft, friendly, and detail oriented. Scott even vacuumed up every speck of carpet remnants before leaving my house which was most appreciated. The carpeting and carpet pad is very high quality, pleasing to the eye, and a delight to walk upon. I would highly recommend Satolli Carpet & Floor covering for all of your floor covering needs.

We are thrilled with our new laminate floor in our family room!! Eric worked with us to obtain the product we saw somewhere else and met our price point. Brett did a fantastic installation! He was timely and meticulous. There was a tricky issue with a spiral staircase, and it turned out beautifully. He even moved a few large pieces of furniture we couldn't. He was personable and professional. We will definitely make the trip from Salem again for any future flooring or carpet projects.

I would like to thank Eric, in helping us replace our carpet after a tornado hit our house in August. We are finally done with all the repairs after 6 long months. A big shout out to Scott, the carpet installer for a fantastic job. He was so professional and kind and hard working. We need more people like him in the workplace. Thanks again Eric and Scott.

Purchased runners from Eric at Satolli carpet. Good service and quick and easy process. I was able to pick the exact sizes I needed and they cut and bound them to my specifications. See pictures

We purchased carpet several years ago from Satolli after renovating the second floor of our century home. Eric was extremely helpful in educating us and advising in specific choices. The installers came on time and were very patient with our curious children. The carpet looked great and every scrap, string, lint and wrapper was removed when finished. We have 9 children and have been VERY satisfied over these years with the installation , long-term durability, stain-resistance and look of our carpet. In fact, the carpet held up better than the polyurethane stair treads in the same traffic path. At this rate it might be another 10 years before we need to replace the carpet, but our now grown children will be going to Satolli sooner. (the uploaded pic is current after 12 years of constant use)

It was a great pleasure to work with Satolli Carpet. Eric made the whole experience a pleasurable one. No regrets. He was able to work within my rehab schedule effortlessly and I greatly appreciate that. I was unable to meet the installers but can gladly say I am thoroughly satisfied with the actual installation as well. I recently went to Satolli Carpet to purchase new carpet for my living room, hall, and two bedrooms. I purchased a lighter patterned carpet with a repeat every 18”. Not the easiest carpet to install. My initial purchase with Eric was excellent and everything took place in a timely fashion. The carpet was ordered and installed within 30 days.
My installer, Scott was a one man show. He did a meticulous job making sure the seams were perfectly lined up and invisible. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. His years of experience definitely shined throughout the entire install.
