Horrible customer service!! Theo Oltmann had a very condescending attitude from the get go!! I paid for a service on a house closing to be treating horribly!! I will never recommend them to anyone…I have bought and sold 4 houses within the last 7 years and absolutely love Jack Lorenzetti, which is the reason I keep coming back!! But we had the very unfortunate appointment with Theo and it was like we were a bother to him…He was very snippy, very short and at times over spoke me…I will never return or use their services again!!! If he continues to have Theo represent his office he will loose a lot of customer base..

Will never recommend to a client. Holding earnest money that should have been return weeks ago until they decide it’s been long enough to return. The owner lectured me and then hung up on me when I called to inquire.

I used Jack when I bought my previous home and when buying my new home so naturally when selling I would use them again. This was not the case it has been a horrible experience not only was I promised a discount for repeat service and an agreed upon closing date that I did not get. He acted like he didn't know who or why I was calling or my realtor and stated he is too busy we needed to push it out again which was already done once mind you and now we are talking about another month and mortgage payment and when expressed not happy I was told to go somewhere else then he didn't have time and that's all he could do. I tried to call after hearing this second hand from my realtor and he would not get on the phone 😡 Would not recommend this kind of headache to anyone and he was reported to the BBB!!!

DO NOT USE EVER. I contacted Jack C Lorenzetti Jr. on taking care of a title transfer on a home I was selling. He told me we could get it done in 10 days. After a week passing by and no word from Mr. Lorenzetti, I reached out to his office, the guy would never return my phone calls. On numerous occasions I would call in the morning and they would tell me Jack Lorenzetti was out for the remainder of the week, only to call later in the day to tell me he was busy or just stepped out. The one time I did actually get to speak to Jack, he told me we were half way to getting it completed...Fast forward 4 weeks and Jack and his staff did absolutely nothing to even start the process. Jack and his staff are liars and Jack will never return your phone calls nor reply to your emails. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS" I wish I could give them zero stars.

I’ve been personally trying to contact this man for weeks. His lack of customer communication has cost me money and time looking for a home. Now he has left a person with disabilities without the ability to find a place to live in enough time.
This all could have been prevented with communication. If you can not handle the work load do not take on new clients. Although his secretary is polite she has to take the blunt end of him not doing his part.
Now the fun part is he seems to respond to me a inquiries but not female. Maybe it is coincidence but I will not be taking any title work to him and it’s worth the drive elsewhere to save the money and hassle of lack of promises and communication.

This company is bad
I mean REALLY BAD
The real estate attorney will argue with you
They will blame others for their incompetence
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
unless you would like a delayed closing and have to do work they are supposed to do.
They will also tell you a mobile notary is $500
Please run from this company

Jack is currently holding up the closing on our house. He refuses to give up the title work so we can have someone else do it OR just do it like we are paying him for. He just said he is behind and will "get to it". Took multiple phones calls, stops to the office and threatening to sit in the lobby and not leave for us to even get a call back. DO NOT USE HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

Terrible. Don’t do business with them. Dishonest, unethical and all around bad. Run far and fast.
