Homestead Solana Beach

I really enjoy this hidden place, we love so much the wrap, it’s super fresh and healthy, the coffee was okey. The personal it’s very helpful and very nice, it looks that is a familiar business. The place we think it’s not to organized but when we went there was a lot of persons so we understand that.

A wonderful place to have a relaxing sit down breakfast/ brunch or lunch. They were absolutely pleasant and the service was wonderful. The food itself was also very delicious. I highly recommend and if I was in the area I’ll definitely visit again.

Jamie and Marie have opened a gem. They deliver the highest quality foods and service. I travel a lot but anytime in town i stop in and grab a delicious bite to eat.

They’ve recently opened up their larger outside seating area and started serving dinners. They oysters Jamie has brought on are amazing, and that’s coming from someone who worked commercial fishing in the Northeast. I’m extremely picky about my shellfish.

I went two times for dinner the week they opened up for that. Nothing is done without though and inspiration on their menu. One of my most highly recommended places in Solana Beach.

We visited Homestead for a birthday lunch and the entire experience was wonderful. It was a little cold outside but they immediately brought umbrellas in case it started raining. They also have heaters and specifically went out to brought propane during our meal because they were running out.

As far as food options go they have a bit of everything! Many meals can be made gluten free or vegan and they have a diverse menu. The wait staff was attentive and checked in on our party of 10 regularly.

Some highlights were the vegan nachos, vegan Bhan Mi (which they made gf), the eggie croissant and all of the coffees/teas!

Phenomenal brunch spot! We would go back again in a heartbeat! Amazing food and awesome outdoor place. The beat cured salmon bagel is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Wife had a breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread!

Excellent waffles. Tuna sandwich was alright. Drip coffee was very good, the lungo was just ok. Nice little, shaded outside seating area. I appreciate the fresh coffee to go. Thank you, Michael, be back soon!

Lovely spot with outdoor seating and delicious options. The avocado toast is excellent, and the turkey wrap had me stealing off my brother’s plate.

Excellent farm to table breakfast. Haven’t been to lunch but looking forward to that also. I used to come to space before when it was Lockwood and am so grateful it is still a similar vibe. So friendly and excellent food, coffee. Locally sourced, whenever I see Chinos Farm ingredients I know I found good spot.
Was so quiet and peaceful on a busy Sunday morn while all other brunch spots were busy. An oasis, off the beaten path just enough.

Great outdoor setting, great prices and tasty farm to table fresh food. And walk across the street and view Aaron Chang's surf photography gallery, perhaps the best in the world!

I really like this restaurant! Everything is farm-to-table fresh so you feel like you are getting a really healthy meal. The restaurant has tons of wood-fired meats, appetizers, salads, and sandwiches. It's a little hard to find because it is tucked away from the main road but that makes it really nice because it removes you from the sounds of the street. You get a really picturesque and cute patio area all to yourself. 10/10 this is one of my go-to restaurants in Solana Beach.

Great find. Great food and coffee. Would come back for sure. Very nice service as well. Highly recommend the waffles. If you like lavender add a flavor shot to any of the coffees :) delicious

It's a cute little getaway around the corner. The ladies at the bar were very friendly and made good recommendations.

Stumbled upon this cute cafe while walking around Solana Beach and we absolutely loved everything about it. The ambiance was great, menu had lovely options and the staff was so friendly. Not to mention the food was amazing. We split the brown butter waffles to start, and they did not disappoint! Ellie was our server and we struck up great conversation and laughed a lot with her. We're looking forward to seeing her when we come back to visit!

After brunch we stumbled inside the little shop to take a look around and was greeted by Chef Jamie. He was so kind and engaged in conversation, asking how our food was and where we were visiting from. It was really cool to talk to him and give him compliments on the food. I highly recommend this little cafe and will certainly be back!

Such a wonderful restaurant! Very cute location and the food is AMAZING. Some of the best tasting food I’ve had, while also being simple. Highly recommend eating here! My husband and I have already gone back several times :)

The waffles are a must! We had avacado toast with egg as well and it toowas delicious. The safe was friendly, Jewels was so sweet and very quick with our order. Thanks Homestead. We will be sure to come back again the next time we're in town.

This little boutique restaurant is amazing! Great staff, food was awesome. I got the Lemon Thyme Ricotta Toast, my kids got daily pastry and the waffles. My husband got the protein wrap (vegan) and it was all absolutely delicious! We were seated quickly and although they were short staffed (Covid I’m sure) the wait to order was only about 10 minutes then food came out 15 minutes later. And the seating is all outside tucked back in a cute little plaza. I look forward to when they open back up in evenings - I’m sure it will be a lovely place to eat at in evening.

Walking and window shopping on Cedros Avenue my daughter and I stopped in yesterday. Super friendly staff and we really enjoyed our meal. I had the Reuben and my daughter had the BLT. We both commented how we could taste the love in our meal. We will be back!

This is the place to stop and eat! The berry waffle was absolutely amazing and scrumptious. The turkey wrap was mind-blowing and light with amazing pickled veggies and yummy dressing. Not to mention our waiter Carly was fantastic!

We stopped in for a late lunch and we sat outside. The weather was overcast with a slight breeze and there was some pleasant music playing subtly in the background. The menu had many healthy and appealing food options and the brown butter gluten free waffle signature dish on the menu was a huge hit with the kids! The customer service was phenomenal. Thanks for the memorable experience!
