Independent Care Health Plan (iCare)

Independent Health Care Plan (iCare) has always been there when I needed them. Their concierge team has answered all of my questions and they're always available. They pay their claims without any problems. A good network of doctors is available. Overall, I have been very happy with this company compared to other insurance companies I have had in the past.

It was an amazing association in Independent Health Care Plan (iCare). The work cycle was so regular. I'm happy with them. The agent was altogether instructed. He answers everything about the inquiry. He helps me from start to finish. You all are awesome!

Been a customer for 6 years, they have been good to me but there will always be people we do not like as our Icare connections but it is a great company. Just ask for another worker if you do not like them like I have but don't bash the company

I love my insurance company, they are all angles helpn me out with billing and making sure that my medicine and other medical problems are covered by 100%! Great and friendly staff! God bless you!!!

I haven't had any problems as far as the health care coverage goes, and they've been helpful whenever I call. I like my care coordinator too. Based solely on that, I'd give them 5 stars.
I just have 1 issue. The $100/month they let you spend for over-the-counter items at various places (with the Medicare plan) is complicated. The website that lists the eligible products unfortunately abbreviates most of the product names, so it's really difficult to tell which exact products are eligible; the app lets you scan the bar code which is helpful but requires you to be at the store and scan a bunch of things until you find one that's covered. I was successful at placing an order online through the OTC Network store, but the products are very limited compared to what can be found in stores.

As a former sales & marketing manager I don't advise anyone to use this plan/company. A company needs profit in order to succeed and operate. Fine print & catch are vital words too. Watch out for this company and was even advised by government reps to think about who i'm switching plans over to. ICare was very avoidant of questions and not giving me direct answers especially the havoc i went through with vision exams. There was no extra benefits and limited doctors on their network. Only 2 in Green Bay to be exact. Look at other companies first and even then get direct answers and see it in writing.
