Very impressed with the selection of products. They even had the AC capacitor I needed to repair my central air unit! The employees were very helpful.

They had what I needed and the staff (younger guy) was SO HELPFUL! He helped me with the yeti coolers, solo stove and was extremely informative.

Personable, knowledgeable and staffed, the three Hahn’s Ace’s I’ve visited usually have most everything you need. Their sales are great and monthly coupons help with the little higher price tags. Having worked at a hardware store I know their margins are small. So appreciate not having to always go to a “big” store.

I stopped by the greenhouse to check out their flowers and plants for the garden. Very nice selection and fair prices. Very helpful and knowledgeable ladies that answered my questions and helped find certain plants. I was very impressed with their customer service in a world where you usually get very little. 👍

Ace is the Place. It's my Go-To where I know that when I need help with locating the right part, for the right job, there is someone right there to help me. Ace employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Customer service and satisfaction are what Ace aims for. Ace has amazing stock on hand and Ace carries higher quality products than some other hardware stores. Prices vary and are competitive. There is a large parking lot and hours of operation are reasonable.

Very well stocked hardware store located at the west end of Butler on Hampton Ave. Also a large outdoor Garden Dept. I found what I was looking for, but I'm sure one of the freindly store associates would have helped me if I had asked .

Good customer service good staff I called up for 2 hours ago they said they had shovels and ice scrapers for the ground my brother picked it up for me cuz I couldn't get out my parking spot I was plowed in because of the snow I talked to the management the over phone I was very satisfied with your customer service

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Went in today to pick up a portable sump pump, just in case, and thanks to Randy B. left with not just a pump but quite a bit of new knowledge on the subject. Nice to see that the Hahn Ace team is continuing the excellent service here that the Blairs True Value team gave the area for so many years.

The only place in the immediate county or they treat everyone like family regardless of the background. Best people with the most knowledge. Kind, courteous and we'll go above and beyond the above and be to make sure you had me satisfied. They have my business for life. God bless them all

Great place for propane refills. Not only do their offer a full service experience (bring the bottles inside and they go and fill them while you wait), but their prices are competitive, and every third 20# bottle is 50% off! Definitely a good experience. Will use regularly.
