Great customer service and bike tuning. Dropped in and asked if they had time to tune my bike. Told me to bring it in whenever I could. Ran home and got my bike. Took care of it in no time. Will be back for some upgrades

I managed to screw up my first attempt to purchase my bike in a spectacular way, but OC Cyclery was extremely accommodating. The bike was listed as a used Roubaix Sport, but what arrived was virtually brand new. Looked like it had been assembled at some point and maybe test ridden, but nothing more. Everything was well packaged and arrived on time. I ended up getting a virtually new quality bike at a great price during a time when bikes are almost impossible to find. Took it for a spin today and it's AWESOME!

Great experience on my end. I was looking for a great gravel bike at a reasonnable price and definitely found it there (in amazing condition).
It's not like I have years of experience with them since I only went once but based on that visit I would definitely recommend.
Their process seems to be to take good white-background photos of everything they have and put it on their up-to-date website, so you should probably rely on whatever they show there at the moment. That's how it worked for me.

This place is the best bike shop in HB. Bryce is awesome…super knowledgeable, friendly, and on-time. The prices are fair and the service is exceptional!

My girlfriend bought a used 2019 Liv Langma Advanced 2 from OC Cyclery on 9/5/22 and has been enjoying it ever since! We've been doing 20-30 mile rides together, and her new bike is certainly more enjoyable to ride compared to my 5th grade hybrid bike. She is even trying out clipless pedals now. Thank you to the staff at OC Cyclery, who kindly waited 15 minutes after closing on a Monday holiday to accommodate our late arrival after we called in our interest for the bike!

This is the best shop in O.C. Bryce is very knowledgable and has great customer service. I would not go any where else besides Orange County Cyclery.

This place rocks! I paid thousands less than the original cost of the bike, and it wasn't just in "excellent condition" as advertised--it was in brand new condition. When I saw this deal of a century, I started texting like crazy, thinking that this was too good to be true. But it wasn't. The owner, Tom, personally took care of my questions and me. The buying process could not have been easier and the bike was shipped out the same day (and I didn't buy the bike until the afternoon). I got to say, I'm still is shock over the quality of the bike, the amazing deal, and the prompt and informative service. With all my breath, I would recommend Orange County Cyclery.
