I'm here almost every day, service is always fast. Drive thru can be busy, but that's what mobile ordering is for. If you don't have time, just use the mobile ordering. I love when Jiah is working the drive thru, she is quite honestly the nicest person there!

The staff was great dealing with mobile order being down in store and the system still letting people order mobile. Some people were not so nice with the technology being down but the staff handled it well. :)

Love the coffee and the staff are super friendly! Always a great experience at this cafe!

Excellent service. Very congenial staff. Had a peppermint mocha frappachino was perfect.

I thought the dark roast served..was rich.robust in the experience. And as always ...served with a wonderful warm smile.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? Well, not exactly. Sure, they all make the same drinks, have the same pre-packaged food, and all have slightly over roasted coffee beans, but not every Starbucks has these employees.

This store really had the best employees. I come in 1-2 nights per week and tutor at this particular location. I grab a table, get an iced coffee (depending on the weather, a hot coffee), and tutor all evening, getting several refills (shout out to the rewards program: I've been a gold member since 2011, i think, and have not had to pay for a refill on brewed coffee since then!). They all know that my refills are free (because i have the gold card), but they treat me just like any other customer, with the same urgency and quality of service. They talk about the math I'm teaching my students, have conversations with me about their lives, etc. This is a great set of employees who go above and beyond. Everyone knows my name and my drink.

Service is very fast for a coffee shop. My drink was made wrong once and when I told one of the baristas, it was given the highest priority and was remade in under a minute! They offer all the Starbucks classics and all the loved seasonal drinks as well. The seating is perfect for two and also great if you need to get some studying done. They have outlets near every table so you can charge your phone or use a laptop and they have great WiFi as well.

The baristas here are so friendly! I haven't even been coming that long and they know me by name and drink! Let me tell you, my coffee order is super extra with a side of Karen lol but they nail it every time!

On this particular night I pre ordered my wife's drink slightly wrong. The barista noticed the subtle disappointed look my wife gave me & understood that something wasn't right. She asked & we explained but said not to worry because we didn't want to trouble her. However she enthusiastically said not to worry about it and happily made us another drink. We were extremely grateful, overall the three working tonight we're friendly and it made for a nice pleasant evening with our well made Beveridges

Listen their customer service is amazing. These people workhard to remember customers and their drinks. They even have a list for their regulars. It's a refreshing and pure experience. Just remember your manners and everything goes by great. Manners are key right?

Excellent frontline staff, very friendly & professional, always accommodating my non-standard orders with a smile and they make sure that it is perfect. I am here on a daily basis and have never had an issue. This team does not get enough credit for what they do.

Staff is friendly and very accurate with orders. When they are busy, the way the drive thru is setup makes getting in and out a bit tricky. Definitely better to go in for faster service during peak times.

My wife introduced me to Starbucks, I absolutely love their iced coffee's, people say they're a bit pricier and they are than DD but its way worth it, their food however not good, i tried a few times, not a fan of their sandwiches at all. But 5 stars on the drinks.

The bartistas are friendly and always conversate with me while I wait for my drinks being made. If they ever make a mistake with your drink they genuinely apologize and don't make you feel bad about wanting your drink made correctly

This is a beautiful starbucks. Delicious bakery options and the tables are always clean. The staff is friendly and your order is ready in minutes.

Orders are done when app says. Drinks are always consistently good. No hit or miss like other chains I used to frequent.

Always a great place to get a yummy coffee. Love the smell of coffee as you walk in. My go to to relive some stress the music played an atmosphere is perfect. Thank you starbucks
