The staff at Allstate are always friendly and very helpful. They are readily available when I have questions regarding my policy. My insurance is also very affordable and I am glad that I made the change to Allstate.

The team is great I can't complain they work with me they are understanding that my vehicles are important to me especially my Monte Carlo and ensured me that they would handle it and it'll be back in great condition here shortly

My first time with Allstate. One year ago, I was getting quotes for cheaper car insurance. My local company, who I had been with for YEARS, was charging me an outrageous amount for auto/renters insurance. I drive a 14 year old car. I am 63 with a perfect driving record. I spoke with Peter and decided to go with Allstate. Got a very good quote for auto/renters. One year later, my AUTO policy has gone up $170! My car is a year older, I am a year older and STILL with no claims or tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am NOT happy. Insurance companies are ripoffs in general and THIS is why SO many people either drive underinsured or completely uninsured. I WILL be searching for a cheaper quote. I don't like changing companies on a regular basis, but if that's what it takes to 'win' at their game, then it's what I will do.
