HORRIBLE!!! Their customer service is a joke! I work for a theater and we placed an order with them for shoes for a show last season. They only sent part of our order! We emailed them and emailed them and eventually asked for a refund because the show we had ordered them for had already closed. NO RESPONSE! They never sent us the rest of our order and they never refunded us! What a crook!!! We will NEVER be ordering from them again!
