McDonald's

I felt compelled to post this review. I'm not sure if the management of this location changed or what the deal is. Whatever it is it's working. I used to avoid this location, even though it's closest to my job, because I had so many bad experiences. Lately I decided to give it another try. Glad I did, each of the times Ive been there recently my order was correct, the food was fresh and the employees were accommodating and polite. Super happy I no longer have to travel for my McDonald's fix. Whatever changes you guys made, stick with it please.

Girl in back booth that always wears a ponytail is a good server , she listened to me when everyone else wasn’t comprehending, I might come back if she’s still there

Great experience! Crew was helping and friendly! I'm a senior citizen lady and ask if coffee was free?. They agreed and took the time and made fresh coffee for me! Thanks again !!

This is the first time ever I ever went a fast food restaurant and they all huddle up talking about how they want to take care of their customers The manager was talking to all the employees about being quick it was like 3 seconds and he said we all can make it up I was treat it with nothing but good care my food was hot when I got there no one going to let me leave until my hash browns was ready and I was greeted with a smile when I left and said have a nice day This is what I'm talking about when it comes to customer service if I can give him 10 stars They got me I'm coming back Don't go to that Wendy's on silver spring they garbage Go to McDonald's oh I forgot to say the food was great My wife love her egg and sausage McMuffin and hash browns keep the good workout

Idk who our drive thru person was, but she was so sweet. That happy meal was smaller than we thought. But the young lady who took our order was a sweetheart.

Drive through goes quickly, food is accurate more often than the one in Menomonee Falls, and service has generally been friendly and good.

This location has dramatically stepped up!service is quick staff is incredibly friendly and polite, food was hot and fresh.

It wass sooo good lol

In my opinion....Not recommended....keep driving ...it is better to go hungry. Ignore your screaming kids in the back seat and keep going.😭😥😰😭👹👯👭👬

The girl at the drive thru was wonderful , she was so nice I gave her a 4 dollar tip , I will be coming back in the future . I asked her how much they make there and she shouldn’t be making that much the way she seems like she works !

It's a clean place and the people are very nice. The food came quickly and was good.

The kids didn't complain & received my order for the kids in a timely manner & everything was in the bags.

Had breakfast, food was fresh, order was correct. Was greated by the food clerk, very positive and polite.

Great service here in the drive thru this morning!
The young lady was so pleasant, smiling, and cheerful.
My breakfast was hot & fresh at 8 a.m.
So stop by this location and enjoy a hot breakfast with pleasant service.

I go to this McDonalds before work in the mornings and they NEVER MISS. The Iced Caramel Macchiato is always perfect with so much soft caramel and my breakfast always slaps. Not to mention they're always fast af and super polite. This McDonalds don't miss!

Totally perfect for my girl who was home with a bad cold. She always asks for her chicken nuggets, shakes, and fries and uses hot sauce to clear her sinuses. It's close, quick, and the food is always still nice and hot when I get it home to her.

So I'm not sure if this is the correct McDonald's but if it is the McDonald's in Menomonee Falls on County Line Road, has to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to In My Life! They put two cherries on top of my strawberry milkshake! They gave me for chocolate chip cookies instead of 3! I'm reading a lot of the reviews. But today 11/30 the lunch crew made my Big Mac exactly like the picture on the menu. Kudo's crew.

If I go to Mc'Donalds it's only to this store. I have never had a bad experience with food here. And when I worked 3rd shift, I developed a good report and friendship with some of the employees.
