Dr cohen has been fantastic , extremely professional and got me in quickly when needed. I Just had a filling needing redone and he repaired it amazing , smooth no issues and his skills with numbing are fantastic , barely feel the needle. Also the staff is super helpful and fantastic demeanor always! I recommend to all my clients now as this was a great dental experience! Forever patient for sure :)

Dr. Dutton and her staff are amazing. My experience was wonderful. I am not a fan of the dentist but Dr. Dutton was sure to make me feel comfortable and my service was pain-free and fast. Highly recommend.

Very well run office. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had to have an extraction done on a tooth that was recently crowned by another dentist. It was a difficult extraction (my first), but Dr. Cohen was excellent. When I experienced inflammation following the procedure, he was always available; offered to come in on a weekend if I needed, prescribed meds immediately. They also offer a dental coverage plan for people who would otherwise not have insurance. Very reasonable and includes routine visits and discounted services. I've recommended their office to my family members as well.

We have been going to Dr. Dutton for the last 8 years and our experience has been exceptional. She is so kind, informative and is always up to date on the latest information and techniques. She takes great care of us and our kids, we would 10/10 recommend her, her office and her staff!

I was very nervous about going to the dentist because it had been so long since having work done. I trusted the Google reviews I read and am so glad I did! The staff was very friendly and Dr. Dutton kindly and thoroughly walked me though a full diagnostic of my teeth/jaw issues. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

I have a fear of dentists. Have had some bad experiences in the past and just generally try to avoid the dentist at all costs. I needed some work done and am new to the area, so I looked up dentists and stumbled across Duttons office. Not only were they quick to respond to their online request for an appt, the receptionist was so friendly and understood my fears. I was immediately scheduled to see Dr. Cohen. Upon arrival their office was beautiful. I have never been to a nicer place then this. Everyone was so kind and professional, and my dental assistant Brittany was so sweet and relatable. Felt like I was making a friend then seeing a dentist. Dr. Cohen arrived, super friendly, professional and very intelligent. He knows his stuff. He went over all my teeth, not just the one that bothered me. Made an entire plan and explained in detail what I needed done and why. I have never had a dentist that has taken that much time to exam and diagnosis every detail of my mouth and find the best affordable route for a successful treatment, and discuss how to curb the anxiety. The front desk clerk, Heidi even discussed affordable ways to pay in detail with me, as she made my appt on check out. This team has gone above and beyond to make sure comfort is met, fears are curbed, correct work is getting done at the best possible cost for the patient and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I am sending my entire family here, kids included. Give this place a shot, for your teeth but also just for the overall experience. This is a game changer for dental anxiety and care. My appointment at Dr. Dutton’s was for a deep cleaning. I was treated with kindness and caring & given instructions about my post care. I was anxious going into the appointment, but came through just fine. I have never had a more gentle cleaning appointment. I highly recommend Franziska Dutton’s clinic and staff. They are amazing!

Dr. Dutton and her team from Heidi in the office to the hygienists and everyone I’ve worked with have been incredible for myself and my two young children. They are wonderful about working around my anxiety, and with my kids’ sensory concerns. I always feel that Dr. Dutton is very knowledgeable not just about teeth but about how the entire body affects the mouth and vice versa. She is thorough and offers comprehensive evaluations and fully explains treatment/intervention options in a way that allows for actual understanding and informed consent.

My insurance isn’t in network so I pay for services at the time of care and her office offers complimentary insurance billing so I get the money back within a week or so, they are very gracious about this extra task! It’s very appreciated.

The visit began with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere by the front office, staff and very thorough by the RDAs in detailed by Dr. Dutton herself. I’m impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness and thoroughness of the whole office.

I moved to Redding recently with my boyfriend and we were both desperately in need of a visit to the dentist. I found Dr. Dutton via Google reviews. I have never visited an "adult" dentist before Dr. Dutton (I have been a hardcore pediatric dentist gal, even though I'm probably too old to still be going, haha).

Dr. Dutton and her team are amazing, hands down, and I am so incredibly grateful to have the support of this incredible office. They do not specifically contract with insurance, but they do help file the claims with my insurance, reducing the workload I need to do. They also have a comprehensive new patient survey and they clearly paid attention to my responses, which I truly appreciate as a new patient who wants to feel as though the provider and the staff care and know about me.
Thank you Dr. Dutton and team. Myself and my boyfriend will be going to you as long as we are here in Redding, and highly advise anyone else who is on the fence to choose a knowledgeable, empathic, and friendly dental team to also choose Dr. Dutton.

Easy appointments, DR. Cohen gave me some good Saturday date night ideas for the next 4-6 months. (Watch a bunch of Western movies). Overall great experience, plus the dental assistant was pretty sweet.

Called with a dental emergency, they told me to come right in. I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly office staff. Had a short wait before being seen. Had my tooth repaired and was out within an hour.

My first visit was very good. Everyone is very nice. I had a very thorough check up and cleaning. No one was in a hurry and took time to answer questions and explain treatment process.

Today, I’ve completed my care plan! I initially came to this office as a patient with anxiety going to a dentist. From the minute you walk in the office you feel at home. They call you by name and always have a smile on their faces. Dr Cohan makes sure you are not in pain and he is awesome. All the helpers are awesome too. I recommend this practice to anyone.
