I love coming to Dr. Carter's office, all of the staff is so friendly and caring, they make you feel right at home. Monique is one of the most gentle hygienists I have ever been too, and she cares so much about making sure her patient is comfortable and gets a thorough cleaning- I love that! Dr. Carter is also so caring, and truly loves to make sure her patients are taken care of, it really makes you feel special to have someone that cares so much about making sure your needs are taken care of! ALL of the staff is just so wonderful, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Just some of the most lovely people I know! I literally moved outside the country and still flew in yearly for my appt. I refuse to switch! I highly recommend this office!

My family has been going to Dr Carter for oral care for several years now and I have only experienced exceptional work and expertise from her and her staff. Everyone carries a strong work ethic and gives customer satisfaction a front seat. It is refreshing in this day and age to find an organization that is both friendly, efficient and proficient at what they do. Excellence is obviously a high priority in this dental office. The several families I have referred over to the office all concur that this is the place for Dental Care in Redding.

Dr. Carter is professional, friendly & has a gift for putting her patients at ease! Dr. Carter's office is very clean & her staff is extremely accommodating. I have recommended Dr. Carter to many of my friends, and had positive results. She is candid & offers options that are reasonable. Dr. Carter is also great with my kids and knows how to reduce their anxiety. I would never go anywhere else!

Usually going to the dentist isn't a good experience for me. Like many people I feel anxious and a little scared.
Dr. Carter's office has changed all that. Her entire staff makes you feel like you are visiting a lifelong friend or even a relative. They put you at ease and make you feel like you are super important.

I used to have a fear of going to the dentist and refused to go for about three years. My sister convinced me to come here to get a cleaning and after rescheduling a couple appointments I finally came and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The entire staff is so wonderful & after I left and looked at my teeth I began to get emotional because of how beautiful they looked. I thought I had irreversible decay on my front two bottom teeth from not flossing when I had braces and she scraped it all off completely and I didn’t feel a thing. So grateful for this office, thank you for a wonderful experience. See you in 6 months.

Staff and manager are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend if you need a dentist. She also does Invisalign. And many years experience

first time using dr. carters office. great experience. very little wait time in lobby. hygienist was friendly and professional. I was even able to pick music choice during my procedure! I will be returning for future dental needs.

Seriously, I've never been to a dentist where I leave smiling. I am so happy with Dr Carter's office. It's like visiting family and their work is quality work too.

I have had a horrible time with this office. I had a crown done as well as a bridge. The crown broke within 2 years and was not done properly, it should have never been seated and she did it anyhow. The bridge broke within 3 months. Do yourself a favor and choose a different dentist, she has a friendly staff but she does not care or stand behind her work. Very unprofessional.
