My father passed away in August, and he was placed to rest at Valhalla Memorial Park. Although, it was a tough time Dave Zack made it so much easier. He was a true professional and very polite. He told me how he got into the business and it made so much sense why he was so great to work with. I would advise anyone who needs a burial home for your Love Ones, call Dave Zack at Valhalla. He was Great!!!!!

Great cemetery !!! I remember as a little girl going here with my great grandmother and going to see my relatives and washing off the headstone putting fresh flowers at headstone . This cemetery is well-kept . Caretakers are great at their jobs because it looks good all the time . All the workers here are very nice , great to talk too .

Dave you do a very great job and a beautiful cemetery and thank you for getting my Aunt Chris close to My Uncle Gary. God Bless you forever and always and you need a good raise for money

The staff at Valhalla are excellent. The grounds are not kept up the best. I can understand the challenge of trying to keep the litter off the grounds from the surrounding neighborhood. But the gigantic potholes in the roads within the cemetery, are terrible. I don't understand why they don't repair them.

I visited the family plot and found this cemetery in the worst condition. I saw a couple workers mowing, but there were only shin high weeds in the section our plot is in. Little if any grass. My mother always had a well landscaped yard and my father purchased a memorial tribute tree to be planted in her memory. When my sister and I had him buried a few years later at the same plot, there was no tree. We asked the office and they told us that that was an agreement with the previous owner and they couldn'tdo anything about it. Really?

This visit we found faded American flags on the ground and in one place where the mower drove over them. The roads are all crumbled. We have better maintained cemeteries in Arizona where summers are always over 100 degrees and they use weed&seed regularly and effluent to water.

PLEASE GET CONTROL OF YOUR FACILITY and have respect for people's loved ones. No wonder so many people are being cremated and not wasting their money on facilities like yours.

Fresh dirt piled on older existing graves. No grass planted on a grave that has been their two years. Dead trees everywhere and branches down. American flags laying on the ground. Mousoleum steps crumbling.the roads have so many potholes you can hardly drive through them. Big water leak flooding the grass area. I am sorry to have my loved one in this place.If I could you would not get any stars.

I have been working withe Valhalla for almost 2 years to have my mothers death date placed on her grave. There has not been one employee that has followed through to complete the work. Whoever the owner is, you need to take responsibility!

My father in law passed on, in January of 2022. At 94 he had an accomplished life that included serving in the Navy's Pacific WWII campaign. He went on to raise a large family during some difficult times. Nearly a year later his crypt remains blank. I have visited 3 times in person and called leaving messages each time. His information card is literally sitting on the front desk during my 2nd and 3rd visit. Yet this task fails to be completed. Never could I have imagined such disrespectful conduct from this kind of reverent business. This is the worst place to choose as a final resting place.

Bad customer service. Its unfortunate that a place like a cemetery can have such insensitive and rude staff. I tried calling to find out where some of my family members were buried and the woman told me to find it online.... I had to keep prodding her to get here to even be willing to look up names. Unfortunately it seems like I am not the only one who has received such poor service. When explaining what happened in my case to someone else, they had told me that they also had received such rudeness from the staff that they decided not to use the plots already paid for by their parents, but bury their loved ones somewhere else. Its sickening!!!!

👎Unorganized, Unprofessional, Unsatisfying, UNBELIEVABLE😤😡😭 I have had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, it’s giving me nightmares that my beloved Great Grandmother CHOOSE VALHALLA FOR HER FINAL RESTING PLACE… I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND 🙅🏽‍♀ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH VALHALLA MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY. In my opinion I’ve only experienced Negligence. I know due to COVID economic impact there would maybe experience some delays but dam!! It takes 3 months average to put a head stone down. & thats for living relatives to have a designated place to COME VISIT beloved ones.- It took well over 1yr 1/2 after empty promises to get a headstone w/ 2 CAMEO pics for 2 different ppl buried together. One- son is creamated. & The headstone is placed in the wrong area NOT where she was buried- well at least were her body & casket was last seen smh 🤦🏽‍♀ ummm. Headstone is in wrong area & doesn’t have info nor cameo that was additional paid for is not on there. I can’t rest. My family has waited & waited as the holidays passed, birthdays has passed, & memorials. They are WRONG WRONG WRONG!
