Absolutely the best!! I have nothing but the utmost respect for every single person/employee working here. They all conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, dedication, compassion, understanding, and perhaps most importantly, a tremendous level of skill! They also happen to be extremely thorough, honest, and strive to make sure you and your pet are as safe and comfortable as possible. They’re the best! They've taken care of my two dogs for 10 years and we may not always have the same veterinarian, but the quality is the same. My dogs have had multiple surgeries over the years along with routine checkups and the place is great. Reasonable pricing too.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Not only is the facility BEAUTIFUL, large and clean but the staff is more than accommodating and kind! Ray was knowledgeable, understanding and very patient as I said goodbye to my cat. The vet techs were also well informed and kind to me and my best friend. I will recommend this hospital to all of my friends and family, thank you!

Everyone here is great. From the front desk, vet techs, and doctors. My dog is a nervous nelly and they do a great job of making her feel comfortable here. Dr. Donahue is super knowledgeable. Most recently I worked with Dr. Deegan when I needed an appointment on short notice and I went in with a list of questions and she was so thorough that all my questions were answered before I could even ask them.

Dr. Donahue is amazing! Very attention and understanding. He had to put down my dog after years of him being her provider and it was so respectful and understanding.

Amazing vet office! I have seen numerous Doctors here as well as techs, and all are amazing and compassionate. The front desk is also great, accommodating with appointments and very friendly. Last week I had to bring my dog in for a last minute emergency, I called Tuesday night at 6:45pm and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The tech Lexi was great, I was so anxious about my dog’s injury and her compassion really helped calm me down. Dr Marandola was great as well, answered all my questions and got a great plan going for my dog. I have also seen Dr Deegan in the past who is also amazing! 10/10 practice I am very thankful to have them as my local vet!

Dr Manadola is beyond patient and helpful and very caring with our dogs. Explains everything perfect, also called us first thing in the morning to let us know blood test results. Very happy with him.

Having lived in Northern RI since 1989 and had pets the whole time, I have worked with many different vets over the years, some good (OSVS being great) and others not so much. Dr. Donahue at Ferguson is the Best of the Best. In the last 2 years he literally saved my cat's (Lily) life twice.

The techs and doctors at Ferguson Animal Hospital were all very helpful with my new puppy. They took several phone calls and responded urgently to concerns I had. They also made sure to explain each checkup and walk me through their assessment. If you need a vet then I highly recommend the place. Only thing that would be better is if you could join your pet inside during visits but understanding it’s during this covid period and it’s for all our safety.

Great facility and extraordinary service. They took care of our beloved Brady until his very last day. He gave 13 years of love, lots of joy and unconditional loyalty. RIP 🙏❤

Brought my new kitten in for his first round of shots and was met with very professional techs and a very knowledgeable vet. They like to call a day ahead and confirm your appointment which comes in handy when you work 12 hours a day and might forget like I do. Can't wait to bring Sid in for his next visit with the great staff.

This is my Penny girl. Penny had to be put down on the 26th of February. Staff were very kind n courteous to me as I put my best friend of 11yrs to rest, forever. Final Gift was amazing and I received her remains a few short days after. So, shout out to Ferguson Animal Hospital!!! Thank you for everything. N the hand written condolence card, yep cried again.

I haven't even been seen in person yet and I love them! My pup had something wrong with her eye so I called to make a new patient/check up appointment. After I explained her eye situation the woman helping me told me their email and said to send pictures. She said if the vets seem concerned they would attempt to get me in earlier or give me instructions on what to do. They called the next day with an update! Told me her eye could wait until the appointment and how to care for it in the meantime. I can't wait to meet them in person!!

The expertise and professionalism was wonderful. My last visit was not the best , I was actually thinking of going to a new place. I'm glad I didn't cause Dr. Hopkins was very, very good. He called me the next day to inquire how my cat was. That goes a long way to a pet owner. Also, kudos to Peggy and Tyler.

Brought mine and my nieces puppy here and we love it. Everyone is always so nice and they're not outrageous with their fees.

Having a reactive dog is super stressful but all of the staff here has always been so helpful and kind and makes sure Tony gets in and out of the building without seeing any other dogs, thank you so much :)

Amazing staff and doctors. Always so attentive for our rescue especially when she had an unfortunate accident and broke her leg. Amazing care.

My favorite vet. They are intelligent kind compassionate and caring. They have always gotten my cat in when it is an emergency and I am always impressed with everyone's bedside / carside manner. They saved my cats life 2 years ago and she is still kicking it today!

I have been going here for the past 12 years and they are great! Soo sweet with my fur babies, and understanding about lil quirks my dog had due to PTSD. Very efficient as well! Staff is always friendly. Even helped me find a lost dogs parents.
