Sugar and Spice Eatery & Deli

Adorable place, quaint, not fancy, antique posters and milk jars everywhere, old mugs, cheap coffee sweet waitresses, AMAZING FOOD and full of charm. Our visit was absolutely perfect. We were just passing through but I will find an excuse to come back! Can't wait to try the pies and the deli nextdoor!

Cream chicken over mashed potatoes and biscuits was very good.
Mom had a great pie on previous visit- this time the strawberry-ruhbarb pie wasn't a hit.

This is my breakfast place. I'm telling you about it because I'm willing to share my things, but don't tell anyone else, y'all. I don't want to have to wait for my booth or anything. Ever. I've had a hundred breakfasts there. Amy knows my kids' names and their beverage orders. The only problem with the menu is having to choose from the myriad great dishes. So y'all remember, this is our secret, yeah?

Excellent food at this little diner. I had the club sandwich with onion rings and it was delicious. They had a board full of desserts and I ordered the lemon bar. It was also very delicious. Service was very good. Price was very reasonable.

The menu is big and always wonderful tasting food. All types of food. They have many kinds of desserts, as well. This food is homemade. Friendly staff and make you feel at home in this cozy place. Super service.

I love this diner--the Marilyn Special is my all-time favorite! The service is friendly, quick and the food is always delicious. They are also budget friendly. They have several small tables and booths that comfortably fit four but it might be tight if you have a bigger party size. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Service. Cute atmosphere. Old school non-chain mom 'n pop feel. The menu said it served breakfast all day. Not expensive. Steak sandwich was simple but tasty!

A great old favorite eatery in Stoughton. We were sad they had to close down due to the pandemic but, then just as surprised that they were now back open. For us, it's usually for breakfast; simple, priced reasonably and a familiar waitress. Love the place and its' atmosphere.

I've been going here literally my entire life, I can remember when it was "The Eatery" too. And I have never once had a bad experience, or meal there. Staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is always awesome. They also define the phrase, "fast service". I honestly don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 min for the food. So definitely support this small town favorite, keep up the great work and thank you!

The food is classic diner and delicious. They were closing early @11:30 and still sat our table of 6 to eat after 11:15. Hashbrowns on point. Walley on point. Licious waffles and French toast. It's all tasty!! Thanks for seating us!!

I rarely get to visit here since I live in Oklahoma. But back when I used to live in Wisconsin this was one of my favorite places to go to eat! It's a small diner, the staff have always been incredibly nice, and the food is just so amazing! If you're in the area you need to try this diner out!

Lovely little place with a homely feel to it. Employees are wonderful and food was comforting and delicious. Glad I stumbled onto this place and will definitely be back for more! I recommend you make time to come eat here :)

We had Sunday a.m.breakfast today. I wish I could remember the name of the server because she was awesome! I don't write too many reviews but the service was excellent and needed to share. Now on to the food...delicious!! Our meal was so good we had to order a slice of carrot cake and Ginger snap cookies to go. I can't reccomend enough.

Catered my daughter's wedding reception. Guests had nothing but good things to say about the food.
Sugar and spice was great to work with. They made everything easy. Even boxed up there leftovers for us to take home.
