Edger at R&B was a great salesman when I bought my Chevy truck a week ago, they made it so easy and got me in and out, I told them him what I was wanting to do and he said give me 5 minutes and I’ll call you back, he called me back and said what he could do for me with what I was wanting to do and I told him I’d be there I a half hour to buy the truck!!! As soon as I got there he had the truck pulled up and all the paperwork ready for me to sign, it took me maybe 30 minutes and I was out of there with the truck I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman than I had ! I completely recommend R&B auto sales! I had Great experience with them!

Sold my car here and they do a quality check of the car, they have their mechanics look at it, lift it up and look under the car in detail. When buying they are honest, there is no fluff and it’s not stuffy there. You feel like family. All the cars they have sell are beautiful too, making it difficult to pick which one. Highly recommend.

I had my radiator replaced at R&B Auto Center last week. Conan was great as usual! Pablo did a great job! I also decided to have my car detailed while it was there. Patrick did the detail and it was awesome! I feel like I'm driving in a new car!

Chris, Miguel, Andrea and especially Garrett who delivered my truck across arts borders were an absolute pleasure to work with. I lived out of state so we had to contend with shipping of vehicle, other things and I had lots of questions. They took all my calls very professionally even if what seemed like even asking the same things twice. This car particular buying process was a pain because I had no car to travel around and window shop but once I found R&B, they took all the time needed to make me feel good about doing business and buying from them. We've been shopping for a new family vehicle for a while. I found one we liked online but Fontana is so far away from SCV! But it was such a good deal, I figured I could at least check out.

I am so glad I made the drive! Jesse was great on the phone to answer some preliminary questions and I worked with Laurence when I arrived. Everyone that I spoke to was great and Laurence was a rockstar. He was patient through all of my questions and "tire-kicking". He was efficient at getting everything in order quickly for me when I was ready to buy and he even arranged to have the car delivered to our house since it was so far.

I will happily make the drive out there again if I need another vehicle in the future! Definitely worth the drive to get a quality vehicle, no pressure buying experience from people who genuinely care about their customers.
