The wood cutting guy in the back was great. The front staff were amazing in that they gave our 89 year old great grandmother a chair to sit on so she didn't have to walk around the store with us back and forth. It was a long day at the store, but ended up to be a good night. Thanks for all your help Everyone.

It seems that any odd or tool type gadgets that can't be found elsewhere in the other well-known home improvement stores can more than likely be found here. Foothills Builders' barn has always been a great place for such items, amongst other personal items I appreciate them for. Such as there nursery which house a great variety of plants, an extensive selection of spray paint, and not to leave out those seasonal items too. If it's a quick run in, or place to shop around to get some updated data or info. The builders barn will have you reconsidering the "true value" of the improvements and items that are purchased. Before realizing that the service is always available from the beginning to the end of every visit.

Employee Kristin was so kind to help me in purchasing a camp chair & umbrella . I asked her what form of payments does the store take, I said any chance that they take Zelle as I forgot my wallet & I need to work outside in direct heat, Kristin quickly responded "how about I pay this for you with my card & you can then Zelle me." I am counting my blessing today for being blessed with Kristin's Kindness😁🌈🌞⛱🌟

I stopped by on Black Friday to see if they had any unique outdoor Christmas decorations and guess what? They did! Richard and Marlyn made our shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you, guys and Happy Holidays!

This is by far the most organized one stop shopping experience I've had in the inland empire, with the most knowledgeable staff. I've been working in this area for only a few weeks and have been here 6 times. Every time I have gone in for anything from automotive/class 8 lights, sealants, paints, electrical terminals, wiring, hooks, metal for minor fabrication/welding, I've been directed by multiple employees and have not failed to provide accurate location of product in question. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location and most importantly Employees. I've been shopping plants for the past 6 mo. I have to say it's become my #1 go to since discovering the garden dept. If they don't have what your looking for Theresa goes above & beyond to get it for you. Its not just making a sale she really takes great pride and has passion. This Family owned hardware/garden store is top when it comes to customer service in any dept. .I'd rather have quality than quantity. Here you get both . I'm in the middle of a big project I'll post pics soon I'm on a tight budget but my landscape only shows healthy ,thriving & disease free beauty. 5 stars all day!

I enjoy going to Ace Hardware. Everyone is so helpful. The gentleman that works in the back screens/glass is very nice.

I went to Ace Hardware today for the first time after moving to Fontana 4 years ago and had a great experience there I walked in with my backpack on and Stephanie the clerk was super nice and she asked me if I could leave my backpack at the front which is totally understandable and I'm glad that they don't let people get away with going in there and stealing stuff she was really sweet about the way she asked me if I could give her 10 Stars I would thank you Stephanie I appreciate you and I think you deserve a promotion to manager

Very helpful, respectable employees that work there. We had ordered a few pieces of glass and the people working there are outstanding. They had everything we were looking for, especially swamp cooler pads. Other places said they were seasonal so we went to true value hardware and purchased them. They were a life saver. Was just going to go here and look at some items. Worked at deal out with the manager (Charlene) and walked out with a good amount of items. Charlene was awesome during the whole process and made sure I was taken care of. She was professional and hospitable.

It's been years since I've been here. So much better then the other two. Cheaper on some more expensive on other items. Great Hardware selection!!

This place seems to have everything you need.
I went there three times yesterday.
All three times I needed very particular things.
I need a specific bolt, they had it.
I need a specific spring, they had it.
Then I needed patches for an air mattress, they had it.
I am a big fan of this place.
The staff is 100% on top of things, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is a gem for you DIYers. I always like to come here to find a special nut or bolt. Usually the big box stores stink at carrying any if not most nuts or bolts. They also have other items or tools here that big box stores may not stock or sell. Do yourself a favor and walk around and explore your imagination on what you could create or do.
