I only have good things to say about shopping here. I've never had a bad experience. I'm grateful they're open 24 hours. Plenty of times have I had to benefit of their 24 hours service for myself, my kids, and others. From the pharmacy, to the photo shop, to the rest of the store... all employees there have had a good attitude when I go there.

Considering I was picking up a prescription that was electronic telecert'd over from ER I had a waiting period of 20min. I'll admit I was a little bothered that I had to wait an additional 20min. Considering I was at the ER for about 🤔 6HRS, it was not bad enough to have had to sit in ER waiting room two days in a row for two days straight 🤔 😅 so glad it's over tho'. Smile! Tomorrow will be a great day;)

We just moved here from another state with my son who has uncontrolled seizures. He takes a plethora of antiseizure meds. Took forever for insurance to approve and if Andy hadn't stepped up with emergency meds to get through weekend, my son would have been hospitalized and potentially worse. He has been so helpful and caring and I'm so happy this walgreens and Andy will be a part of my sons team. Thank you!

Might be the best in So Cal!

Note: Store open 24hrs except from 2am -2:30am.
I like this location, mostly because it is one of two locations near(ish) to Cucamonga that is open 24hrs.
They have a pretty decent selection of toys, gifts etc when kept stocked as well as the regular things you'd expect to see at a Walgreens like vitamins and supplements.

Long wait in drive thru constantly.

Waited an Hour with appointment to get a covid vaccine. Don't come here for Vaccines there's plenty of other places that don't have a wait at all.

Selling used gift cards or stolen gift cards. Earlier today I bought a gift card at this location and found out it was used and won’t work for nothing. When i asked why it wouldn’t and explained on what I have tried to do to get the card to work they just told me they can’t do anything about it except for giving me a customer service number or to call the number behind the card. I sat in my car for 1 or 2 hours to get a hold of someone but wouldn’t answer and when I tried to call the number behind the gift card they weren’t so helpful with my situation. So just a waste of money and be careful on what you buy especially when buying a gift card from any store! (A tip that I learned is to make sure the numbers on the gift card match the numbers behind the gift card case)

They always tell me my prescription is ready, but when I get there they tell me it'll be another 15 minutes. Every. Time. Without fail. Looking for another pharmacy ASAP.

I went in to buy razors and the manger did not want to give me the razors the the prize that was promoted on the self so then she decided to help the rest of the line instead of helping me out. The prices at the self do not match me price that rings up at the register and so they will not price match. So I decided to leave the razors and go to Walmart.

i always have problems with this pharmacy. after today im changing it. Very rude pharmacists . Except for 2 of them. Theres one very rude & condescending pharmacist i spoke with for the first time , i was never once rude or pushy towards any of them even tho they give me trouble. i will be getting his name right now and will post it. hopefully no one else runs into him. if you do ask for someone else BELIEVE ME.

WORST SERVICE EVER. EVERY TIME I CALL I WAIT AND WAIT ON THE PHONE AND NOONE PICK UO FOR AN HOUR THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE LAZY PEOPLE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEM SELVES I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED A MORE RUDE PLACE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS I WILL WITHDRAWL OFF MY MEDICATION AND THEY DO NOT CARE SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME SORRY YOURE OUT OF LUCK YOU ALL DESERVE TO BE FIRED
