Redwood Park

Went to the park to eat lunch with family. Good family place with a soccer field, playground, tennis court, picnic tables, and a dog park. It has clean bathrooms as well. Lots of kids and parents. There weren't any tents popped up there, unlike Riverside and Tussing some of the other parks. Often, there will be an emergency vehicle parked there to eat lunch and wait for their next call. Altogether, it's a peaceful place to eat lunch. The elderly were walking past it today on their walks. Generally, that's a good sign that it's pretty safe.

Looks like a great place. No big deal to me that water isn't provided, I always bring water for my dog wherever we go. Besides, tap water with chlorine isn't that great for them, anyway. To me, that's not a strike against them.

Kids had a great time. Clean fun park. Only saw one homeless person in a tent.

Love the size of the place. Split in 2 for big and small dogs. One wish I have is for the water faucet to work. That's kind of important. Also just a bit more seating would be nice. A little muddy in wet weather. But we still loved it!

Really nice little neighborhood park. It has a play area for the kids and two enclosed dog areas separated by size. Yea! And it’s a city park so there is no day fee. Double yea!!

Another great park in Grants Pass that was not busy at all. The playground was great and kept the kids busy, plenty of shaded seating and a nice walking trail. I did not notice public restrooms or water fountains but will definitely return.

Nice well maintained park on the river. I went to play pickleball and the regular players were very welcoming.

Well groomed, good parking, great for family exercise and Dog friendly

Beautiful park. Always clean. Warm in the bathroom in the mornings. Restrooms locked every night around 8 or so. When its dark. Morning time restrooms open back up around 7 or 8. Tennis courts are always occupied in the morning. Jehovah witnesses like to say hi to the people in the mornings sometimes. Lovely people that cant wait to teach anybody about scriptures. . There is a dog park. Lovely place with a childrens playground with woodchips in play area. Fun equipment. Huge soccer field. Very kid friendly.

Small but cute park great for just getting outdoors for a picnic. There is a playground for kids. Great for just running around or a short time out

It's always a good time at this park! It's clean, there sre picnic tables, a dog park nearby, paved walking path, soccer fields, and a nice play area. The ice cream truck even rolls through!

Clean friendly no scary rif raf!

Looking for a hole-in-the-wall park that has a little of everything? Basketball, tennis, soccer fields, a 1/4-1/2 mile paved track, nice bathrooms (when they're open),a pretty bomb little children's park for the under 10's, and shaded benches. Shady people at night tho. BEST PART: Big dog/little dog dog park! Not huge, but ample. Come with a smile!

I honestly expect much for a park as small as it looked on the map. But when I got there, parking was appropriately placed and trees were placed perfectly. I was able wall my dog freely, and there were multiple doggy bag dispensers. Lastly, there was even a dog park. All in all, the park was the most utilitarian park I've been to.

Nice and clean, grass does need to be cut more often though, it's basically hay by the time it gets cut.

Nice neighborhood park with concrete walking path popular with dog walkers, kids play area, picnic tables and two fenced play areas for large and small dogs. Geese are particularly fond of congregating at the north end most mornings so anyone using the walking path must be aware of goose deposits to avoid stepping in them. 😊
