The lady dentist is awesome! Super detailed and thorough, she must enjoy what she does! She was like no other dentist ive been to! 😊 But the cleaning i just had with the hygienist was the most painful cleaning I've ever experienced. Update: they called to touch base with me with me which i really appreciated. Im sure that if i had a different hygienist it would have gone well!

My daughter needed a root canal and crown and we spent hours calling dental groups in Oregon to find one that did IV sedation. We ended up talking to the staff at Erickson and they were so good about getting her in quickly for a consult and then a couple days later for the root canal and crown on the same day. A few places we called said they had a one-year wait for emergency procedures!!! The Erickson staff were outstanding in their professionalism and empathy for the whole situation. Everything wAs done in 1.5 hours and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Yes it is quite a distance to travel 3 hours each way but it was totally worth it and we’ll be back again — they were wonderful. We would highly recommend them!

Omg! They are going to be my dentist forever! We had an emergency situation. We hadn't gone to Erickson Dental Care. So we're considered new patients. When I found Erickson Dental Care I felt as though I had hit the lottery. While visiting Grants Pass area, I encountered a dental emergency in the middle of the night. I researched dentists in the area and noticed the website of Erickson Dental Care looked the most professional. At 4am I left a message on their voice mail describing my problem. I was on their doorstep when they opened the next morning. They were prepared and more than happy to help me. They fixed my tooth perfectly and my bite was perfect. The Novocain injections were totally pain free. The dentist took it slow by giving me the Novocain in stages. After they had me all fixed up I happily headed to the desk to pay my bill. And wow, it was extremely reasonable! They did all of this for me knowing that I lived in NC and would not be a returning patient. They are talented and they are good people. I highly recommend this practice.

I have never had such a good experience at the dentist before. From the gal up front to the dental assistant and then the dentist. I was put at ease all the way through. I will recommend Erickson Dental all day long. If you are looking for experienced staff, professionalism, and actual care about you as a patient, this is the place to go.

I have been a patient of Erickson Dental Care for 10 years. Being a patient who was uneasy about dentist office's, I must say they took excellent care of me, insured I had no pain. I had a full reconstruction done on my mouth, it was about a 4 year process. I spent many 8 hour days in the chair, they took such great care of me, always with me in their best interest. I really appreciate Dr. Erickson and his staff.

The Ericson's have been absolutely fantastic for myself and daughter. I myself have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist as does my daughter. We have both had horrid experiences in the past... The Ericsons on the other hand have been an absolute breath of fresh air. My experience was with Dr Rachel. Not only did she put me at ease but she used great care in not hurting me!! Dr Sten also did some work on me assisting in a root canal. We are so grateful to have been introduced this Dental office. Erickson Dental Care has taken wonderful care of our growing family. Our kids love Dr. E., Dr. Rachel, and Dr. Sten! They are patient, thorough, and always willing to educate us on healthy options for our family's teeth. Their front office team is helpful with reminders and organized with payments, and the friendly assistants and hygienists do their best to make the patient comfortable and happy. I would recommend Erickson Dental Care to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled and professional family practice. I underwent 3 root canals, an extraction, treatment of a deep abscess, repair of two chipped teeth, and finally fitted with a temporary to conceal missing teeth. All this was accomplished in one visit by Dr. Sten Erickson and assistant, excellent work and 99.9% pain free! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Everyone in the office was very nice and respectful, a very pleasant environment for care.

Dr Sten is an amazing dentist and great communicator, both with me the patient and with his assistants and hygienists. His knowledge of the tools he uses is exceptional. His handling of the dental tools, the pressure applied to my mouth and the positioning was extremely light and delicate. Causing zero pain or discomfort during the processes. I highly recommend Dr Sten, Dr Rachel and Erickson Dental Care to everyone I come in contact with. I only ever see smiles on all of the staffs faces and Melanie is one of the friendliest and most pleasant front office people I have ever met.

Dr Sten Erickson and his staff are great. I went in for a root canal that I was dreading. It was so painless that I actually dozed off a couple of times. They had the root canal done and the new crown (which they made while I was getting the root canal) installed within two hours. I highly recommend them!

If you want the most articulate and talented women and men, look no further then Erickson Dental Care. I have spent six years making precise plans with Erickson Dental Care to replace the 6 adult teeth I was born without. As of this month I can truthfully say I was given the best replacement teeth I could hope for. Not only was this (exceedingly friendly and personable) staff deeply concerned with the result of my smile but they also had an unfailing attention to detail that is outstanding. They also communicated with an orthodontist and maxillofacial surgeon while I was on the East Coast for 6 years to make sure my smile was unique and up to par with my high standards. This team deserves a standing ovation.

Dr. Erickson is the best dentist I have ever been to.He is pain free, caring and does excellent work. All of his staff are very friendly and professionals. I feel very comfortable when I go in for my appointment.

This was my first of many visits to come and I was very comfortable and felt at home. We will have a consultation after I see an oral surgeon to discuss options. I love the idea that there is more than just one dentist in this office and they collaborate together to find the best possible solutions for their patients. I'm happy to have found the Erickson Team.

Having been slapped by a dentist when I was 5, I had a real fear of men in white coats. Mom had to ask the Dr.s and dentists to take off their coats
before coming in to see me. This was 50+ years ago. My life has been filled with Dr.s and dentists due to my health. In 2000 I had 3 implants done to fill the absence of my lower missing molars. I didn't have the
$ to put the crowns on the implants leaving me with bare gums in the spots where most of the chewing is done. I was constantly hurting my gums when I tried to eat crunchy foods like cereal, chips or crackers.

BIG thanks to Dr.s Erickson and Doherty for making me feel comfortable and giving me a full set of lower teeth! I can eat without pain!!! I can smile now and I truly wish I'd had this done years ago. One crown to go and I will be posting pics of my new smile.

Very much impressed with the expertise of the staff. Environment and staff very welcoming. A special thank you to Dr. Sten for working around my neck issues. I know the position I have to be in is not the greatest for the work he needs to do .. Thank you! I must say I'm pretty heavy hearted that after proactively pursuing dental care every six months for years I have several areas that need attention. Reinforces that I made the right decision to switch dentists.
