Fairway Christian Church

Wonderful experience. Everyone was so welcoming on our first visit. Pastors message was inspiring and I loved the traditional music of the 2nd service. My wife and I will be back.

I would urge anyone looking for a Christian church to look into this one
The choir and director just awesome and the pastor gave an awesome message. Although I was just a visitor I was greeted with friendliness and great smiles. Seemed to me all ages were there!

Love this church. Friendly with lots of opportunities to make new friends. They also are building new churches in the nearby areas. Love that they take weekly communion and everyone is welcomed!

I enjoy the contemporary services here. I have not been to their traditional services but I'm sure outside of the music the message is the same. I like having communion every week. So many other churches don't offer communion anymore. I have not been to a Bible Study as of yet but if the sermons are an indication of how true to the Word of God then the Bible study should be spot on.

My husband and I attend a non-denominational church at home in WI. We were looking for a similar church to attend while visiting parents in the villages. I liked that the sign outside said, "It's about who you are, not where you go." We were very warmly welcomed to the 9am contemporary service. Our kids, 3 and 5, were offered the nursery services, which was very much appreciated. The music was great--lots of familiar tunes from Christian radio. They read straight from the Bible. Fantastic sermon. Communion is done weekly; oyster cracker sized "bread" was passed as well as small cups of grape juice. The service lasted about an hour. We felt right at home and were very happy. We will certainly be back next time we visit! If we lived in the area, this would be our home church for sure. Thanks very much, FCC!

I only attend a weekly group called Grief share. As you might guess, it's for people who've lost a spouse, friend, child etc. It's well done and I would recommend. No cost

The warmest church we have ever been. True Bible teaching. Christ centered. Truly blessed.

Very friendly group, lots of singing led by John Penn, have traditional and contemporary masses and different music for each. Love the sermons by Mark Fessler. They have Bible Studies, Grief Counseling, Game Nights, women's luncheons and many other activities along while supporting many local worthwhile charitable organizations. We have gone to other churches but Fairway was the only one in which we felt comfortable.

I started out toward St. Timothys Catholic Church this morning. For some reason; perhaps HE was speaking to me, I stopped at the end of my block. I’m new here in The Villages and have felt overwhelmed by the large and impersonal St. Tim’s parish in past visits. I just feel lost and lonely there!
I was raised Methodist and converted to Catholicism when I married my husband of 42 years. Although I was very active at home in the Catholic Church; Social Chair, Religious Ed Teacher, Lector and Eucharistic Minister; I just feel something is missing. So, I googled nearby non-denominational churches and this church appeared. I’m glad that I visited the 9:30 sermon this morning instead of St. Tim’s and found myself enjoying the music very much and the sermon even more. The members seemed authentically happy and friendly.

God's Holy Word is spoken, studied & heart felt at Fairway. My husband Tom & I are blessed & so grateful to be a part of such a loving group of Christian brothers & sisters.

This is a Godly Church. The message is Based on the Bible. The congregation actually reads and studies the written word of God. The congregation is friendly. The four ministers preach practical truths that affect our lives today and for eternity. This is a wonderful church.

end of 2014 I went to visit Fairway and never left. the people are amazing! you feel so at home..2016 in July I became a member. the Pastors give bible sermons.

I visited here twice while on vacation. They really made me feel like family. Good preaching. Good music. So much to do. I will be here whenever I am in the area.
