Awesome experience. We were without A/C for nearly a week (we were out of town and waiting on warranty) when we were referred to Otero. I called Monday morning and within 30 minutes they had two technicians at the house. They diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and just had to go back for a part. Total time was about an hour and we finally had our A/C back and running. The technicians were beyond professional and extremely courteous. We would highly recommend. My only “issue” was when I called to schedule, it was pretty loud in their office and hard to hear at times. Other than that, they were great!

Everyone from the girl who schedules the appointments to the plumbers who made a herculean effort to get to my cabin on the icy roads outside of Cloudcroft were very responsive and competent! I've been using OPH for almost 15 years and wouldn't think of using anyone else!

He was great got here early and went right to work. I got a great price, and when I called to setup the appointment the receptionist who answered the phone knew what she was talking about, and was eager to help not just trying to set up appointments and get off the line. I'm impressed.

11:45 pm night before Thanksgiving I went into my garage to find water had been pouring out of our water heater......company arriving from out of state and now no water or shower or toilet to flushh!!! I went on line just out of desperation, I knew no one would answer or be willing to help on Thanksgiving. I found good ratings for Otero Plumbing and pressed call, left a message explaining our situation. ....literally 10 min later I got a call!! At midnight on Thanksgiving eve.....assuring me they would be at our house the next morning to fix our problem.....AND THEY WERE!!!! From the beginning of our ordeal Otero Plumbing was there and followed through with their promise to help! They did, with professionalism, kindness and trying to do it in as fast as they could so we would have our problem solved!!! We are now permanent customers and will not go anywhere else. THANK YOU OTERO PLUMBING......your company was a BLESSING!

Excellent service, response time and quality of the expertise on the part of John and Nathan, the two Otero employees who provided my service. An Internet service provider had installed underground fiber optic cables in the alley behind my property. In the process, they'd apparently managed to partially collapse my sewer line. Otero initially snaked the line, then identified the possible source of the problem as a blocked line due to roots from a large tree in my backyard. However, after a half day's excavation, John and Nathan uncovered the true nature of the problem. In the process they dug a hole so deep that you needed a ladder to get down to the source! By the next day, everything was fixed and back in place.
The best part is, it probably won't cost me a cent (as the source of the problem was caused the Internet service provider.) Otero will take up all of the necessary steps to get restitution -- I won't have to do a thing.
John and Nathan were personable, professional, friendly and extremely competent. They made sure that I understood every step they were taking and why. Before leaving they made certain that I was satisfied with the work they'd done. Both guys were hard workers and interesting to talk to. They were friendly, (took time out of their lunch break to admire and pet our new puppy) yet utterly professional. Owner Anthony took photos of the break caused by the Internet provider and assured me that the next step would be Otero's (not mine.) From day one to the end of day two and that was it -- everything fixed and back to order. I'm totally impressed and would recommend this company highly -- as well as its employees John and Nathan and owner Anthony. Nobody wants slow drains and backed up sewage -- but for this or for any other plumbing or heating or cooling needs -- there is no question whatsoever that I'll engage OTC. Rest assured -- thiis place and its people are the absolute best.

We've used Otero Plumbing several times and they have done such a great job they're our go to plumbers. They come fix the issue in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Jonathan Feliciano was great he really helped us last night when we needed him to. He had to work quite a bit to get us through the night and then finish up in the morning we really appreciate it a lot. Thank you Otero Plumbing and Thank You Jonathan!!

Adam came out on a Sunday to check out our busted hot water heater. Said it'd he 40 mins, he came in half the time. Bypassed the heater and will be handling our warranty work. Prompt and responsive on the weekend, more than I can say for the other plumbers I called for help.

The heat stopped working on a Friday during a cold stretch. Received great communication. A tech came out same day and had everything running again quickly.

Best service, a bit late but then plumbing is never a business that can be timed. Will continue to utilize there services.

I have used several plumbing companies in the BCS area, I am happy to find one I can trust, and depend on.

They came to our water break, quickly and repaired it, and we were with water on in a few hours
