My favorite dry cleaner in the area. After moving back to Denver and trying a couple others - these guys are my go to. Friendly, reasonably priced, and they've done a great job with a few shirt repairs too.

This is the first time a dry cleaners has left the bottoms of my jeans dirty after having them cleaned and pressed, also, there are multiple crease marks from a sloppy press job and the thigh of my pants by sloppy press job appears to still be a little dirty. 48 hour wait period for this? Unacceptable.

The straight dry cleaning was good but for stain removal, they did properly treat the stains which were all still present at pick up and they didn’t say anything. For the repair & moving of a clasp - they forgot to do the requested repair and they took off the button and moved the clasp too far in over the button. I’m not sure who does that - I have to take my items somewhere else immediately for cleaning, removing the work done, adding a new button and finishing up the forgotten work. Will not be coming back

Don't bring anything here. Took my white button down out of their plastic wrap ready for a wedding, falsely assuming they did a normal dry cleaning job, and yellow splatters were all over it, not from me. They told me I had a 48 hour window to complain. Instead of righting an oopsie and making a customer feel taken care of, they told me to get lost. I was ready to hand them a tux to clean for $20. Took it elsewhere instead. This was a $2.70 job for them to eat the cost and have recurring business for years to come. I've been coming here for years. The lady at the front was extremely rude and said I could drive to the other side of town to complain about this. For $3? Nah. I’ll just stop coming to you.

Horrible experience. Do not go there. They did not complete the cleaning on time and told me they “could not call me when the item was ready.” I had to call repeatedly to check on my dress and went in 3x when I was told it was ready and it was not. They lost the buttons I brought in to be sewed on and replaced them with horribly mismatched buttons. The dress still had stains after they were done cleaning. They did not fix the shoulder strap they said they would. I ended up taking the dress before they “resolved” the issues. They fought hard to not give me a discount from full price, but ended up giving me some money off. The customer service of the woman at the desk was awful. She would not apologize or take responsibility for the company’s mess ups, and was unfriendly/rude. This whole process took over 4 weeks, I was originally quoted 2 weeks. Take your business elsewhere.

They are literally never open during posted business hours. They had a be back in 3 minutes sign posted for days. I finally got a hold of the owner (in person) and he said yeah sometimes they just aren’t open during normal
Business hours with no explanation. He was pretty curt and matter of fact. Cleaning is meh and they are sporadically open which means it’s nearly impossible for me to pick up my items.

Just moved to the neighborhood and was hopeful to find a dry cleaners within a short distance. I dropped of a sports coat (expensive). In hindsight this was an extremely poor decision to use as a trial run article of clothing. The cleaner managed to crack one button on the front of the jacket and two on the sleeve. They also either stretched or "pressed" a overt crease into the chest pocket. I declined accepting the coat upon initial pick up. Three days later I returned for the coat, one of the three buttons were fixed and the creased chest pocket was still present. I wanted them to be good BUT am extremely disappointed. Honestly, I am considering returning the coat to Nordstrom and seeing what they can do as I feel the jacket is ruined.

Show up in the middle of a weekday and closed with no explanation.
