My Day Surgery procedure took place sooner than scheduled and everyone involved in the process was pleasant, helpful and informative. In medical situations, that’s exactly what you want. They even sent me a “Get Well Soon” card signed by the care team. Great experience at Aurora West Allis Medical Center

Honestly I gave birth here the nurses, doctors/ staff were amazing and so helpful. I had a great birth experience. My nurses throughout the days I stayed were amazing and thank them for being great. I’d like to especially thank “Brittany H” for helping me during my contraction and birth she made things happier

The staff made me feel at home. Very caring people who love what they are doing and show it in their care with their patient. I highly recommend them.

From the time I checked in until the time I was discharged, I was treated in a timely fashion with the utmost care, kindness, and compassion. Every single staff member I interacted with was amazing!!! I am so thankful to Dr. Jamie Chao, Dr. Mark Schaefer, Emilee F., Audrey, Lynn, Lara B., and all the nurses and staff (whose names I unfortunately don’t recall at the moment) at the Day Surgery Center!

My experience with Aurora West Allis was wonderful. I really was treated with care and respect. The team that worked with me were great and knowledgeable. I will return in the future for any other needs. Thank you all 🙂.

I had a rather life changing surgery here and spent my childhood using this hospital as my main Healthcare provider. I've always been treated so well here and the staff show me kindness and understanding.

I was there today for a Day Surgery/Procedure (on the G.I. unit) and I can't rave enough about all the staff. They all were so kind! Every single person that helped me is amazing at what they do. You can tell they are passionate about helping others. It's never fun going in for a procedure, but the staff made it the best experience it could be. Everyone who helped me took wonderful care of me. I have a needle phobia and they were very empathetic. I truly felt at ease with all the staff and in good hands. Thank you!

So far I’ve had a couple procedures at this location and the staff and outcome has always been great!

I had to go in for day surgery & oh my I was so nervous and scared I felt like my heart was in my stomach but thanks to everyone that worked with me the nurses and doctors talked me through the process and made it ease they even played some gospel music for me i appreciate each and everyone GOD BLESS YOU ALL

What an awesome place this is everybody was so accommodating and friendly and very personable. The whole staff is wonderful thank you to them for taking such good care of me.

In my opinion, this is and always will be the absolute best hospital here in Milwaukee. It's very clean, and the staff takes very good care of the patients.

I have had many surgeries along with many times in for infection and they have always been helpful and caring , it’s a wonderful hospital

I recently was here for an outpatient procedure. Every member of the staff from registration, doctors and nurses were curteous, friendly and very reassuring. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had a ear appointment at West Allis Medicine Aurora because I haven't been hearing well so I refered to there specialist who showed and explained why I haven't been hearing! Very knowledgeable Doctor
