I live here love jared 3yrs. When i had bed bugs greywolf paid orkin right away. Roaches... Never. Ppl may not afford these apartments but dont hate online

I've been living in. A greywolf location for years never roaches or bugs if so they pay orkin to come out. Jared is not rude i love my manager

Difficult to navigate through the site.

If I could give a zero I would. I rented from them. The guy Jared is one of the rudest and unprofessional person I've ever met. It took me almost 2 months to receive my security deposit after I moved out. He ignores calls. I loved my apartment until I had to deal with him. I've never went through this before. To this day I still have not received my security deposit and I'm still being ignored.

If it possible to give this place 0 stars I would. First of all bugs, bugs, and MORE BUGS I've dealt with bed bugs, roaches, and countless flies in the complex 822 North 25th Street. They are extremely high priced for a really tiny apartment. I was given a checklist of everything in the house when I moved in and I was told to check everything in the house and whatever doesn't work they will fix. The house was broken into before I moved in and the doorlock was busted and it caused the door to wiggle and could be easily broken into. They never fixed it! There are bars on the windows which is a safety hazard. The place also was infested with bedbugs and roaches. When I told the landlord about the bedbugs (after a considerable amount of time) they got the place sprayed. Then I noticed a bunch of roaches and I told her about the countless times I have been here almost a year and they have yet to do anything about it. This is my first apartment and by far the worst I had to deal with. Its extremely hot there in the summer and the windows are too small for an air conditioner. I will never rent from this place again and I can't wait to move out of this dump.

Their condominium documents are outdated, answering machines are usually full, no one answers the phone, and the owners of the buildings don't know anything about each building or what the rules are/what they offer.

Unprofessional and have the nerve to raise the rent broken door since winter no heat or air for more then 2 month and people tap into your resources without permission lie after lie
