As you will read in other reviews, Vinnie is the man! My wife and I began our experience with Appliance Gallery and Vinnie two (2) years ago, starting with the purchase of a Bosch French Door refrigerator. Recently we renovated our home and purchase new appliances for the project. Enter Vinnie. With his enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism we were lead through all of the choices. We chose Wolf, Bosch, VentAHood and Zephyr. Specifications were provided for all of the appliances and forwarded to our GC. Coordination of schedules between the GC and Appliance Gallery’s install team was seamless. On the day of installation all went off without a hitch. The installation crew were skilled and efficient. We highly recommend Appliance Gallery and all of the people there.

We recently completed a kitchen remodeling and purchased all of our appliances from the Appliance Gallery. Vincent helped us pick out good and affordable appliances for our situation. And, even better, Jim, Tyler and Alou, did an excellent job on the installation with a tight timeline, late on a Friday afternoon. Our complements!

Vinnie was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable from the very moment my wife and I walked into the Appliance Gallery through installation and well after as he assisted us in obtaining the manufacturer rebate. We needed a replacement dishwasher to fit in our paneled cabinet.

I normally don't leave reviews but my experience with Appliance Gallery definitely warrants one. Vinnie was a great communicator, friendly and RELIABLE! From the time I purchased to install was 1 week. I had 2 teams of installers..Paul and Alou. Those 2 went out of their way to answer any questions and went above and beyond their job description to help me with our install. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tyler and Jim who completed our install. All were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. This company and employees has definitely made me a believer that there truly is a great Appliance Dealer in Milwaukee.

After shopping at other appliance dealers, our cabinet supplier put us in touch with Vinnie at Appliance Gallery. Vinnie helped us navigate the brands, budget, style, functionality, value, and lead times. He was extremely easy to work with, quick to respond with answers to our questions, and really made the entire process a pleasure. AG was able to accommodate our delivery date and the install went without any issues. The delivery team did the setup and installs and hauled away all the packaging. My experience with Appliance Gallery has been excellent with my recent purchases for my kitchen. Vinnie was very friendly and listened to what features mattered to me in coming up with his recommendations on a gas stove and hood combination for my needs.

We worked with Vinnie and it was a pleasure. He knew his products and helped us to ensure we made the best choices during the building of our house.
Our builder was also very pleased and Vinnie ensured that everything in the house was ready before the appliances were installed. This made it much easier and less time consuming for the contractor and everyone involved.
He also came out to ensure we were happy with the appliances and answered any questions we had once the install was completed. He is also available to answer questions after the installation, whether on the phone or via e-mail.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vincent at Appliance Gallery. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Vincent responds immediately with any questions or concerns and even made a special trip to my house to look at my dishwasher for me(which happened to me my fault). He also came out during my renovation before the appliances were installed to make sure the cabinets were positioned/cut correctly. I feel so fortunate to have had such an easy shopping experience. Our sales consultant, Vinnie did an amazing job at qualifying exactly what we needed in a washer. He helped us find the washer that was the size, had the features, and was in the price ranged that we wanted. Vinnie provided up to date information about the back order on the washer (because of COVID) and it came even earlier than expected. I'm very happy with the way our kitchen turned out! What really impressed me is that Appliance Gallery was only ever concerned with getting a good end result from Day 1. Vinnie was great to work with the whole way. Since I was renovating, he recommended that we have an appliance installer come look to see what I could fit, and what kind of work we'd need to do to get new appliances into my older bungalow style home. They were never pushy just to get a sale, they wanted to do it right. That's what kept me coming back. I'm glad I did because Appliance Gallery's in-house installers were very professional, had great attention to detail while installing the dishwasher and leveling the range, and were extremely careful to not damage anything while moving the appliances into the house. They removed the old appliances as well. The 3rd party installers who assessed our options and handled moving the gas line, outlets, and ice maker water line were great to work with as well.

Vinnie, our sales person, was incredibly knowledgable, personable, and honest. Our delivery was delayed because of the pandemic, which was told to us at the time of purchase. Our appliance arrived within the time frame that we were told, and we could not have been more pleased with the delivery and installation. Tyler and Jim did an excellent job. It was totally seamless and well done. They too were so personable, helpful and informative. I would absolutely recommend the Appliance Gallery for a most pleasant and satisfying buying experience.
