Great hotel for the cost. Gym could be nicer BUT, perfect for the price. The location is excellent in Drexel Square with plenty of places in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and housekeeping was amazing (Always tip!). ONLY COMPLAINT- the showers are open and spray all over making the bathroom floor wet, poor design. Would be better with a door or better shower head with pressure control:

Room had everything that you needed for an extended stay right down to a dishwasher!
You could also get items like blenders or crackpot to use if needed.
Every morning, a contentinental breakfast was available with a good selection of items.
The location is ideal, right in the middle of a shopping area where you could go grocery shopping, buy pet supplies, get personal services, or go out to eat.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Location us great, with many places within walking distance. Pool is nice, and the breakfast selection is very good. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location and my go-to lodging whenever I fly out of MKE. Very quiet area away from any airport noise, spacious free on-site parking, and plenty of shops nearby, including a Meijer's right next to the hotel. If you forgot any essentials or a quick dinner for your travel, you can walk right over if needed.

Breakfast is good with sufficient hot options. My most recent stay was consistent with prior stays here - friendly staff, clean amenities, and comfy king size mattress.

My only minor knock is the half-open style of the shower stall. There is no way to avoid water splashing out, so I have to place an extra towel on the floor to absorb the escaping water. Very minor quibble.

This is a far better place to stay than the hotel right outside the airport. If you have your own car or rental, stay here for sure.

Breakfast was amazing every morning. It's probably one of the best breakfasts ever in a hotel. The front desk people though, all should seek a new profession as they are the first person that greats you, and not one was nice. However, Barbie working the breakfast spread was very nice

I am a flight attendant and stay in hotels 3-5 days a week. The room was clean and large, the staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. The cage free egg white, sun dried tomato, kale, and feta frittata was amazing! It is so nice to see healthy, delicious options at a hotel breakfast. Thank you staff! I look forward to staying here again.

This hotel was exceptional. It is located conveniently next door to a grocery store. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was nice. My only complaint is that unlike other hotels in the area, this hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service to the airport for regular guests.

Nice hotel with some convenient restaurants and groceries nearby. I walked to both. There is also a nature path behind the apartments if you need to stretch your legs.

Great hotel, great staff very friendly, clean hotel. Every room has a full size fridge/freezer,sink,dishwasher,stove top,all your pots & pans,utensils etc. Enjoyed the pool & the workout room. Breakfast was good, had a nice selection, only issue is wish they would have bacon for the breakfast. Other than that 10/10 no complaints. Definitely book your stay here.

Great location if you need to be in this area. Lots of food options within walking distance. Meijer grocery store is next door. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms and clean space overall. Free breakfast from 6am - 9am. Indoor pool. Outdoor patio with a fire pit. Exercise room. Coin operated laundry onsite.$2 per load. Mini convenience store next to front desk. Lastly there’s a small park behind the hotel with kid activities.

It’s stellar performer team which makes the whole difference. We stayed here 4 months with our four year old and absolutely the team here nailed it. We were so nervous how we gonna stay in the hotel even for a month but the team made us feel like home from the beginning. Our little loved it here was friends with everyone on the team. The team gave so many gifts to our little one even surprise decorations in the room & gifts on the birthday. Without a doubt it’s the first choice for us if we ever gonna be in Milwaukee or I would recommend to anyone. Pat (GM) even came to drop us outside when we were leaving. It’s one of the best stay we had in our lifetime. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect, Extremely clean. Everything worked from mobile check-in to having keys on your phone. Didn't have to talk to one person entire stay.

My wife and I stayed here on January 12 and 13th. The hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and even though we stayed for only two nights it was refreshed for us without having to ask. Convenient location. Will return next time we are in the Milwaukee area.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is very friendly. Whenever I come to Oak Creek, this is where I always stay. There is almost anything you could want all within walking distance and you are only 10 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.
Made a return trip here, nothing has changed, service is still stellar, the rooms are clean and well kept. I can still highly recommend staying here.

Barbie who works during breakfast is such a wonderful and pleasant employee! She had croissant breakfast sandwiches, quiches and other items ready before 6am. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. I enjoy having a small kitchen in the room plus the grocery store and other food options nearby.

I stayed for about a month, so I got to know the hotel staff very well. I would give it a 4.5, but didn't want to bring the rating down.

Pros: Drexel Town Square is central to Milwaukee and a lot of other local destinations. Really good restaurants and shopping (including groceries) nearby. The hotel is very clean. Upkeep is really nice. Housekeeping does a great job.

Cons: walls are paper thin. If you're a light sleeper, request a room on Floor 4. Customer service at the front desk was mediocre, nothing outstanding for sure. Always the manners and pleasantries, but never went above and beyond in customer service, by remembering your name, if you don't acknowledge them, most associates at front desk won't acknowledge you. I say some, because there were a couple of ladies who worked that were great! The guys that worked there, customer service just wasn't their passion, and you could tell.

Damian: Upon arriving from nearby work training, Damian was our first welcome. He was very kind to our entire team, and got us all settled quickly with rooms near one another. He double checked to make sure we were okay with it too. Great Service!

Addy: I called today worried about a bathroom bag with over $150 worth of different things. Toothbrush, Beard Trimmer, Hair Product, Etc. She was super polite, patient, and was very quick in her search of left behind items. I’ll have my items shipped to me this week. Truly awesome!

Breakfast Staff: You’re awesome. Very kind and attentive.

Outside of just my staff review.

Location - Amazing, tons of shops, grocery and food within walking distance. Not a bad drive from downtown Milwaukee.

Room - Near perfect, super clean and had everything you might need. My coworkers & I had suites on the 200 Level. Only issue was that the showers were oddly built. We were all concerned about the half-glass and about splashing a bunch of water out of the shower.

If you need to stay near Milwaukee, I highly recommend based off Staff, Locations, & Overall Cleanliness + Functionality of the Rooms.

Great place to stay close to Milwaukee but not in the bustle of the city. Convenient stores and restaurants close by easily within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, lots of choices around to grab a bite to eat. The hotel itself was great, room was clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and we didnt have to wait for anything which was a issue at another location during our trip so it was refreshing that everything was great at this property. The manager walked around and asked how things were. It was overall just a good experience. The pool is smaller but our son was able to enjoy it. We also took advantage of sitting outside on the patio and ate dinner we brought in. If we come back to the area we would stay here.
