The Spa At Club Northwest

I saw Megan Cardiff for a laser tattoo removal treatment. She is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend going to see her for any and all laser treatments. She is quick, efficient and kind. Incredibly clean office and wonderful staff all around. 10/10

Had a great hot stone massage with Denise, she was outstanding. It wasn't only relaxing but she also got all the tension massaged out. Thank you and I'll be coming by soon! The facility is very warm and inviting. All the ladies were very nice.

I've gone twice so far. First was a pedicure and a massage. Both were great. The second time was for a neo-natal massage, which I was nervous about. However it was also very pleasant and the atmosphere in the spa feels very luxurious.

I had a wonderful experience at this Spa! I was greeted with a smile, offered a complimentary beverage (I had wine)😁 and was made to feel very comfortable and welcome there!
Ashley did some waxing for me, she was a very sweet lady, and did a great job! I then got a Swedish massage from Caroline! It was beyond wonderful! I can't wait to go back!😁

From the moment I open the door of The Spa At Club Northwest I am greeted with warmth and an offer to have water and to have a seat. It is hard to sit in the lobby. There are so many interesting products to look at. I never wait long for my appointment. If more time is needed to wait, I am informed. Totally comfortable in every room and a light fragrance of flowers fills the air. Every service is handled by caring technicians. My comfort is always at the top even when I am getting waxed. The best is I always leave feeling and looking better then I first walked in. This spa is elegant.

I brought my senior dance team for a spa day. The entire staff started pampering us from the moment we walked in. We had eight in our group and they went out of their way for the entire 7 hours we were there to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything. We had amazing facials and full body massages. Plus we were able to relax in the spa, sauna, hot tub, steam room and pool , in between our services. I will for sure be back next year with my seniors.

I love the Spa at Club Northwest. Yesterday 5/11/19 I had a wonderful facial with Angel. It was heavenly! My skin looks and feels amazing. I was in serious need of some pampering and I was very well taken care of. You have a wonderful esthetician in Angel!

I love the Spa! Everyone is so kind and personable on top of being very professional and experts in each of their fields. I always feel so well taken care of. So proud to have a world class spa with top of the line equipment for the many services they offer in our town of Grant's Pass.

I treated my sister and I to 60 minute deep tissue massages. There was originally a hiccup with the online booking system, but the staff was able to work it out so that we could both be seen at the same time. Steve Keener was a wonderful massage therapist, very knowledgable and thorough. The massage included a foot soak/massage prior to the appointment. The spa was beautiful and every room I had the pleasure of sitting in or walking though was so peaceful and inviting. Steve was really in tune with the exact amount pf pressure I needed to help my pained areas while helping me to completely relax. I would highly recommend this spa but I would suggest calling for your appointment request instead of booking in online through their website. A truly wonderful experience for both my sister and I. We will definitely return next time we are in the Grant's Pass area.

have made going there integral to my well being and to my life.
The overall staff, equipment, classes, etc., are extraordinary.
I highly value this club and find it better than any other gym/health
club that I have ever belonged to in over 40 plus years.

The Salon was great and my hair was perfect.I saw Katrina Lorentz she was amazing! My color is beautiful. I am so impressed with this Salon.You can really trust them.I am very picky and my experience was perfect!

Beautiful Spa. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have loved every service I have received. The boutique has a great selection of makeup, skin care, Tom's, and other gift items. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Denise was my Message Therapist. One of the best messages I've had in my life. Would certainly go back. This facility is extremely professional and the other ladies (employees) were extremely nice as well.

This place is amazing! I booked a SURPRISE early Mother's Day gift for my Mom , my sister, and my niece. We were pampered the entire time & treated like Queens! Best spa day ever!
