I couldn't find my crown and glasses so I went to get new one

I needed a sword for my for work and got it the same day

I waited until last minute to get about 40 balloons for a retirement party. I bought the balloons they immediately blew them all up and I was out within a half an hour. That's what I call service

The West Allis store is well organized, speedy and friendly. I’ve been in several weekends in a row and regardless of busyness the supervisor seems to be in charge and monitoring customer flow.
(Other stores I’ve been ignored while witnessing 3 staffers help a single customer for 10 mins or handed my online order with the balloons inside the bag not inflated.)

I came in late on a Saturday evening. Vanessa was exceptional helping me and other customers. I'm sure it was a long day - but she and Mercedes were still smiling and incredibly patient. Blowing up balloons, helping me (and other customers) find stuff, and checking out was terrific. I was impressed!

Me and my friend came in today because we needed some anniversary balloons. Well I ended up getting two bouquets made. I just know my fiancé is gonna love them. It ìs amazing. There is always something for the time of year. Mostly i go for the accessories to my outfit. The prices are reasonable and the store is always well stocked.

Highly recommend this location!! I’ll never go to any other party city BUT this one, BEST one for 4 years straight never fails to satisfy me with the most simplest things. And the manager KAYLA with two other young men!! omg saved me last minute with no hesitation to help and quickly had me out the door I would give 6 stars ⭐ 5 wasn’t enough ! Thank you Kayla !

I have to give a huge shout out to Andrew at this store. He was extremely helpful and took matters into his own hands when it came to my order. I will definitely remember his act of service and kindness.

They have almost everything. Threw a big party for my husband and got most of the supplies and decos here. Set up in store makes it easy to find everything. Highly recommended

I actually was surprised the things that I was looking for it was inside Party City. I have been looking for cupcake stands for my daughter and was going to even ordered them offline to Amazon for $10 a piece but lo and behold I walk into Party City and go down the party food utensil I'll and find cupcake stands piping bags everything that I was looking for in the first place. Great place to shop for birthdays special occasions.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and working so hard durring a rush. Got to witness the manager speaking with a very difficult customer who was certainly in the wrong and the manager handled her wonderfully.

Party City is always fun. The store was pretty clean for Halloween. The cashier was very nice. I would recommend.

I LOVE Party City! They are great for EVERY occasion. They have wedding decoration, Halloween decoration, Pairs decoration, Princess & Prince decoration and they have every character party decoration you can imagine. The have great bundle deals & they ship your items to you within 3-4 business days.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They had just what I wanted for my grandson birthday and for Halloween.

They were able to get my 24 ballons in & out quickly while they were busy

The girls working there have a lot of knowledge and will give suggestions. They were working hard but having fun even when busy.
